My family and I spent one night here and it was great. The beds were comfy and roomy. I love the high ceilings. The hotel looks clean, the breakfast area was spacious and they had a variety of breakfast selections. The gym was decent sized. I didn’t know how close it was to the airport however noise was no concern. I just wish there was a pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and great location.

Handicapped shower was very slippery and lip on shower not high enough to keep the water from going onto the floor. The night person at the front desk was great at check in. The morning person was not. I also got overcharged by $60 from what was a guaranteed booking rate through Booking.com - how did That happen??

I’ve to contact Booking about with no success . I paid a 50.00 refundable deposit for incidentals. Used none of it checked out with a clerk that no Interest but she did say she’d take care of the refund. The hotel has not . I’ve stayed there before and never had a problem. I will never there again or use booking again. You both have made it impossible to correct the problem. I use your email or theirs and I’m notified it’s not in use anymore. No reasonable customer service!!!

I want my 50.00 put back on my card

It starts with the warm welcome I received at the front desk and the courteous staff throughout my stay. The room was very nice, a good size and very clean. I booked at this location because of the proximity to the airport and needing to drop off family members for an early morning flight and not wanting to navigate the roads of a city I was not familiar with. This proved to be just perfect as I did not even need to get on a busy road to get to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

location is walking distance for the airport and across the street from a large Casino so there is entertainment and food in the immediate area and its only 5 minutes from another shopping/restaurant area. I had a room at the end of the 2nd floor which was great for my pet, easy quick access to the outside and little traffic which helps keep my pet from reacting to hallway traffic and disturbing other guests.

Quiet and clean. Looked pretty modern to me, even though they had 'renovations coming soon' signs all over. Breakfast was the usual sausage or bacon and eggs; waffle maker, and cold cereal. Service was friendly and efficient. FREE BEER on tap from 4-6 pm! About a 15 min drive to the downtown area.

I'm nitpicking now; but, It's at the airport so the only other things close by are a casino (which I'm told has decent food) and a few gas stations

We were a little late for breakfast so the lady said we could still have something which was nice The receptionist was so lovely and helpful

I didn't like the plastic cutlery - I didn't like the eggs they tasted like powder eggs.

It was very clean and there was plenty of room to sit. Good variety to choose from. The lady that checked us in and out was exceptionally nice and pleasant.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great but it served the purpose.

The staff was exceptional. They assisted me with several needs: shuddle to the airport, early alarm and checkout, food delivery. The two ladies on duty were both very helpful and kind.

It actually was a very good stya with no hiccups.

The location on the airport property is excellent. The staff is super friendly, the hotel is fine as a place to sleep, there is a decent breakfast.

I think they need to pay a little bit better attention to their housekeeping details. We stayed there about a month ago just when the clocks were changing from daylight saving time to regular time. As it happens, we stayed in the same room, by accident, I suppose, this stay and discovered that the clock had not been changed. Also, there was no hair dryer in the room. These are small things, but it seems to indicate to us that they are not inspecting their product as well as they could.
