Breakfast was fantastic. Great way to start your day with an expansive breakfast. Location was right on the main highway through town and even better yet right next door to a famous Wisconsin supper club. Jones’ Black Angus. They have fabulous steaks and seafood! Location. Location. Perfect

The price of our stay increased dramatically because of the changing colors of the leaves. This is what caused the price to jump significantly with other places around town doing the same thing. So if there’s anything we were discouraged from was the fact that the price was so high.

Easy to find, comfortable, decent breakfast.

Lots of chitty-chatty at the registration desk between workers within earshot of guests. I wish hotel (all hotels) employees would go back to wearing uniforms or at least have a stricter dress code, so they look professional. We had to request de-caf and wait for it to be brewed. Don’t like the waste and environmental problem of having the slices of bread in individual zip bags, but don’t have an idea for improving that.

Large very clean room. Even supplied 2 toothbrushes on the counter. I booked a room that had a whirlpool, (it was a cheaper rate that night) not realizing that it wouldn't have a separate shower. I didn't try climbing into it. We did use the hot tub by the pool. Temp was great, not a lot of pressure but it was fine. Pool was too cool for us. Breakfast was standard waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage. We went down the street a block to Huckleberries and their food is great.

Nice hotel in a good location right off the main drag. Stayed in a suite and the room was huge with a whirlpool tub and shower combo in the main room. The breakfast area was clean and had a nice variety of items. The staff was friendly and hard working. Loved that we could walk to the Black Angus Supper Club. There was a path between the hotel and the restaurant which made it very convenient.

Some of the USB ports in the room did not work but there were plenty so it was not a dealbreaker. Senior guests may have a hard time climbing into the whirlpool tub/shower combo.

The cleanliness of the hotel lobby, hotel hallways, the room, and yes, the breakfast. I was impressed that there was hot breakfast food available, in addition to cereal and yogurt.

The smell of the room -- the best way to describe it is like stale cigarette smoke (even though it was a no smoking room). It didn't bother me as much when I realized the bed sheets smelled fresh and clean.

The rooms were clean and affordable. It was within walking distance to restaurants.

We were thinking of spending an extra night from a weekday to a Friday night and they increase the price by 125% for the weekend. We thought that was exorbitant and did not stay extra night.

Love the breakfast. Complete items with all the essential foods. The dining area is well kept , even the sliced bread individually placed in ziplock . The lady who manages the place is very energetic & helpful to customers.

I like the property overall especially we are on the first floor as we have knee arthritis. We appreciate that the staff gave the room on the first floor as per our request at the time of of our booking.

Great location. Quiet even though near the main road. Breakfast was better than expected. Great variety.

Price. Hotels across the country are stupid expensive. This is a $90 room at best but we are stuck paying $149.

Bed was comfortable. Shower was large. The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect temperature.

About a 5-10 min drive to downtown where all the restaurants bars and shopping are located. Not much where hotel located. Must have a car.

Great location to local state parks. Friendly staff. The pool and hot tub were nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with waffles, sausage, and eggs. Plus, usual continental options. Second overnight visit and will be back.
