Checking in was a breeze. When we got to our room we were suprised with the updated look of it compared to others we have stayed at lately and it was very welcoming. After settling in we went to the pool and my daughter whom is 17 & autistic went down the water slide for her first time ever!!! (She has been wanting to & has tried over the years to do so at other places but never could do it because she felt rushed with the line piling up behind her but this was much more layed back for her & now she has no more fear of it. Totally made our trip!!! For breakfast we all had a good breakfast and the teenagers loved the egg omelets and asked if I could find out where to get them.

Everything was clean and well kept. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was good. TV was easy to use.

I had called ahead to make sure the pool was open and the water slide was functional. The staff member said it was and that the water slide is only open when a lifeguard is present. I asked if one would be, and the staff member said yes because we were staying on a Sunday. When we arrived at the pool, there wasn’t a lifeguard and the water slide was closed. Booooo!

Breakfast was great. Pool was great! 5 yo son had a blast! Food was so good!!

Pool didn't have extra towels available. They were in your rooms which was our fault we missed, but extras would be nice if you visit more than once. Both pop machines were ooo. We took our food to go which was a great option but it definitely made our side portions smaller. That being said the price seems more expensive. Excellent service at the restaurant.

Breakfast good. Out of the 3 desk attendees I spoke with 2 had the best customer service. Called a few days ahead to let the hotwl know i would have a late arrival and told them the appropriate time. They said they would mark it. Arrived at the late arrival time frame, was marked as a no show. Not aware of this till a couple days later. Made my room look as if empty. A employee tried to give it to another customer. I was standing in the hall watching them open my door. And let them know it was my room. They was very upset.

The desk person that checked me in, had poor customer service. I walked in said my name was handed keys and told the room #.

The front desk attendant ( I wish I would have gotten her name) was so kind and wonderful to work with as we had 4 rooms for family and grandchildren. Also there was a 50-ish-year-old gentleman who was the lifeguard at the time we checked in ( 3pm on Friday March 31st) He went WAY above and beyond for my family. Getting us our towels and letting us know several times he was keeping an eye on our grandchildren in the water. He was amazing. Please make sure you treat these employees well! they are a rare find

Breakfast was perfect for families.

The breakfast and restaurant were excellent! The first floor and view were good. The comfort of the bed was good. The refrigerator and microwave worked well. The location was central to all the towns we had to visit.

The toilet broke and often wouldn't flush. Only one chair in room - not always comfortable to sit on bed. The heat/air system wasn't consistent.

Nice little kid pool and lap pool. Has a large slide that was fun for the family. Breakfast had plenty of options and was open until 930 which was great for families trying to sleep in. Room was clean and fully stocked with towels.

The pool room was needing a good clean. It seemed like everything was swept up along the wall and left there.

Rooms were clean. They did have issues checking me in even though I had booked it online through Booking. Com.

The eggs at breakfast were rubbery plus they ran out of eggs, sausages and potatoes about 45 minutes before it concluded. They did bring out eggs, potatoes and sausage later but had to wait 10-15 minutes.

We’ve been here many times and love this place. Our dog can come too! The pool provides entertainment for everyone. The water slide was exceptional. Great location to go see the surrounding sights!

The cook didn’t show up for the evening so we had to come up with another plan for our evening dinner. It’s so convenient to just order a meal from the hotel restaurant. The Salmon salad is out of this world.

The entire building was very clean. Breakfast was fine; I was just interested in slightly more healthy food options (less carbs, less greasy meat, less sugar). The coffee was also so-so (both Gourmet & Bold). Otherwise, everything was awesome.

The pillows in the room were pretty bad. They looked substantial, but upon laying down on them, they flattened to almost nothing pretty quickly. We will be bringing our own pillows from home next time.
