this review is for Christmas weekend 2022

Aleihsa was fabulous at the front desk. She was gracious with our dog, made sure we had everything we needed, offered a late check out due to winter weather and just was the sweetest kindest lady at the front desk (assistant manager). we have stayed there many times and look forward to our next stay!

room was clean and it was close to get to the vehicle like I asked for

the lady at front deck told me that they didn't get a message from me telling them what I need and I would have dogs I told her I got a message back telling me everything was taking care of she said she would fix it for me it was taken care of right away

Love the staff. Friendly & very accommodating :) They respect ur privacy & even let me vacuum my rm myself, so I didn't hafta gather my 2 cats to have the housekeeper do it! That made me happy!

The beds cld be updated. Not very comfy. That's my only complaint..

Aleisha and Ramon are the best ever. They are very kind and considerate and very warm and welcoming to customers. Plus a great place for dogs. They even have dog treats!

For us it was perfectly located to reunion venue and other motels where family was. Free and pet friendly motel. Staff was friendly and fun

Air conditioner was hard to regulate. Cold at night and no extra blankets.

Easy access to outside where my bike was located. The manager was accommodating, letting me keep my bike right outside the door.

The breakfast area was in the lobby and was tiny. Not a good selection of breakfast items.

It was the first Wyndham property I've stayed in recently where I could get a good night's sleep. That trumps everything. Parking was convenient and breakfast wasn't overcrowded.

There was a suspicious stain on the bedspread and the room's coffee pot was missing.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room, good refrigerator and microwave.

The street was very noisy, the "breakfast" was in a corner and not adequate.

Staff was very friendly breakfast was very good 👍

There were a couple bugs in bathroom. Tub could have been a little cleaner.

The gentleman at the front desk was awesome! Sorry I didn't get his name but he helped my mother and I get set for our stay and was most helpful. The breakfast in the morning was delicious too!
