Was able to accommodate us by Checking us in early@ 1pm. due to wedding! Also required rooms close and we were right across hall.

The website stated free breakfast! Waffles, pancakes ..full breakfast bar! No waffle makers out, no pancakes, food was luke warm( breakfast sandwiches) eggs were like sponges(cold) @ 915, no reg coffee left. All 3 containers empty!! We ended up going to another establishment for Breakfast!! Very disappointing!!! We told the front desk, she said "Sorry"!!! Really?? We paid big bucks for this stay!! And get a Sorry. ..

This hotel is new and has that modern look and feel. Room was very nice and clean. All staff that I interacted with were kind and professional.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and my Fiancee complained that her back hurt the next day.

Just the greatest!! Stayed twice within the past few weeks. An excellent addition to West Bend hotel choices!! As a matter of fact, the top choice for me!!!

The location is excellent. We go to this location often, but we had never found this property. So this is a happy surprise!

a small table with 2 chairs in the kitchen area would be great. there is space there for it! makes sense to be able to sit and eat if we cook

Room was very clean and large with a lot of updated appliances - dual convection burner, dishwasher, 3/4 full size fridge, and large shower. The hotel also offered a lot amenities including a nice gym and laundromat.
