The night manager on duty on the 29th was an absolute gem. We connected immediately and when she noticed we had 4 young kids, she changed our room to the first floor so that everyone involved would have a better stay. She was such a pleasure to talk with!

The shower faucet continuously leak a bit; there was a hair on the outside edge of the tub (but, didn’t appear to reflect overall cleanliness of the bathroom/suite).

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Nice quiet location.

When we arrived at the breakfast room, there were no bagels or white bread available and no staff available to request more.Towards the end of our breakfast a member of the staff came in and replenished the items. Also, the breakfast tables had not been cleaned.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Room was clean. Facility was well kept. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Covid is over. They should be refreshing rooms daily rather than upon request. Toilet tissue and tissues could be a better grade. This is a Hilton. Overpriced. Especially when I added a 4th night.

Excellent check-in, gave me a couple of bottles of water after a drive on a hot day. The room was very clean and comfortable. Although I didn't use the pool or exercise facilities, they looked good. Breakfast was good, and the area was well maintained. The to go bags of food in the lobby is a nice touch.

Good hotel to spend a night in Buffalo. The hotel is located a bit out of town, but the center can be easily reached by car (free parking is available).

The property was clean and the staff was great! Breakfast was amazing I would highly recommend staying at the Hampton Inn on your travels thru buffalo

Everything was perfect!

It is very clean and beds were very comfortable. They have a wonderful clean pool and hot tub that is open 24/7

Location was right off the freeway, very convenient. Our dog, Bentley, was welcomed & our room was spacious. Loved how clean the hotel was.

Great staff, wonderful experience. Cam recommended a great place for dinner & even gave Bentley a welcome treat! Definitely would stay here again.

Spacious room, friendly welcome. Excellent location. Quiet. Lots of parking available. Superb breakfast!

No microwave in the room as in room description and sheets on queen bed were too small and kept coming off of the corners.
