Beware using booking.com. It is impossible to reach customer service with an issue. They booked me a smoking suite. But it did not exsist. I had to pay almost double for the room i got. Because it was impossible to change it. Especially with no form of customer service. Either by phone nor online

Nice to have an elevator - we had a lot of luggage. The location of the stairs was nice.

Breakfast area was too small. Cramped seating for more than 5-6 people. Not enough luggage carts. Could not get access to one when I needed it. Had to make 5-6 trips down from 2nd floor.

Decent value, everything in the room worked, it was clean and quiet, and I liked the area. If I end up getting stuck in the area again, I will most likely stay here.

I can't think of anything specific that I was upset about. You get what you would expect for the price. Nothing more, nothing less. Which is a compliment considering a lot of the places I've stayed.

The manager was awesome! She refunded us because of a tornado that hit the ground in the place we we’re traveling, that caused significant delays and problems for us.

The pool and hot tub were very nice the beds in the room were very comfortable too, AC and heater worked amazing

The decor could use an upgrade but over all everything was nice and great

Great location and town. Everyone was so nice and friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were just what I wanted.

The hot tub worked and was a nice way to relax after a long day of driving.

The breakfast was just okay. No breakfast meat options.
