You were short staffed.The girl who checked me in was exceptional. I was third in line - the first in line was a chatty Cathy and the second in line was a grumpy man and she handled it all very well- she had a lot to deal with. Although a little dated the place was very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was nice could be improved but was suitable. I will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast could have had a few more choices but what was there was good.

Location, very friendly (helpful) staff A+., excellent fitness room, comfortable queen bed. Running low on pancake batter and eggs, but hotel staff did see to it immediately. Attractive large/wide curving staircase at entry to hotel. My room was located on second floor not far from staircase. Thank You.

No elevator to use a rolling cart to load/unload luggage., Toilet flush valve continuously running water into toilet tank/bowl, can hear it all through the night. Replace that flush valve Hotel (maintenance)Team.

Good location for the price

Booking.com Didn’t send my reservation. So big mix up at check in. I had already paid through booking.com and couldn’t get ahold of customer service. Only AI. Owner was great working it out. First time ever problem with booking . Com. Hope it’s the last 🤷‍♂️

It was comfortable and had great facilities. I also really liked that there was a gas station in the hotel parking lot for snacks and gas.

The sheets were stained a little. It looked like makeup or jelly.

Wonderful young Lady who greeted me and assisted with my reservation. Easy to find your Motel. No other issues as I just needed to sleep and get back on the road first thing the next day.

It wasn't perfect but it worked great for my needs.

Able to do laundry on the premises as well as close to a truck stop that’s open 24/7 which some town’s everything is closed not giving access to gas pumps for some of us who need to travel at night due to unforeseen circumstances in our family, also NO BUGS like I’ve experienced in other older hotels!

Had friendly staff trying to please us making fresh breakfast.

The room they use for pet owners traveling with a companion was definitely set up for animals. They had laminate flooring, and the room had an entrance to the outside.

The breakfast was the traditional breakfast you get at most hotels that have breakfast.

When I was booking online I filled out the request. My mom is older and not able to climb stairs. When I checked in they had the request from me beforehand. They were very friendly and one of the guys who works there helped my mom to the room while I parked the car and unloaded. That was very nice of him. Thank you again so much.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and well supplied. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

Minor inconvenience, the remote for the television was vandalized by a prior customer. Battery back is broken. Not a major problem.

Location was good after leaving Yellowstone headed to Salt Lake. Great value for just sleeping and heading out in the morning. It’s a quality inn.
