We went to stay at Torrington for a wedding. We did not realize that checkin time was 3 and the wedding was at 3;30. At 2 I went in and asked if there was any way we could check in earlier - the front desk help was extremely helpful. I am ever so thankful for her!! She was kind and had a listening ear! When we come back to Torrington we will be staying here for sure!

I’ve been driving by this hotel for 30 years and never knew what a gem it was! We had a king sized bed (not the most comfortable bed) in a large suite. Space was nicely decorated and very clean and inviting. Great breakfast choices. We will definitely put this on our must return to list!

Reception lady was very friendly and informative.

Housekeeping knocked on the door before 9am, but luckily we were already up getting ready. If check out is at 11am this is something that may need looking at as if we were still asleep it wouldn't have been cool

Breakfast had a good variety. The staff is wonderful and friendly. The pool is warm and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. I will be returning in the future.

The room was very nice. Comfortable beds..great hot water. Breakfast was warm and nice selection. The gentleman working the breakfast area did an excellent job of keeping things restocked while juggling checking out guest. Big shout out to him.

The lady who checked me out, I felt was unprofessional.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Pool was heated and completely empty which was amazing. Restrooms were clean and modern.

Satelite wasn't working well, no towels in our room when we arrived and our room had a slight stink to it.

The staff, especially Jon and Edgar.

Breakfast was poor, the coffee was terrible, and, (not the hotel's fault, perhaps), a group of 6 guests took up a lot of room, made too much noise, and stayed well over 11/2 hours, showing no concern for other guests. Too bad they weren't asked to leave.

Breakfast was good, but not great. We were there an hour before breakfast was over and they were out of many things. Facility was very clean and comfortable.

Need maintenance on their luggage carts

The location was excellent and easy to get to. We arrived very late at night and the staff seemed to know exactly who we were when we walked in. Very pleasant and welcoming. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and the continental breakfast exceeded out expectations. I will definitely stay at the Cobblestone Hotel next time I come to Torrington to visit my brother and nephew!

Can't think of a thing that needs improving

It was a gem in the middle of nowhere town. We were traveling from Mount Rushmore to Denver. Staff was friendly, the room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Their laundry facility was extremely clean and convenient.
