I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Everything was more than satisfactory. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful. The only complaint I had was there was no ice machine, but they even offered small bags of ice from the freezer as a substitute.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic! First place I have ever seen a pancake maker and the biscuits and gravy were delicious. Even though the ice machine and water vending machine were out of order, the front desk staff provided bags of ice and bottled water.

Breakfast was good! My husband loved the cinnamon rolls. I was pleasantly surprised with the options. They were varied and would appeal to most guests. I appreciated healthy the healthy options (Chiobani yogurt, fruit, oatmeal) and enjoyed the omelette and turkey sausage and juices. Coffee was decent too.

Not the fault of the property, but there didn’t appear to be any restaurants nearby except a bar/grill within walking distance. The front-end woman said places serving food close around 9 p.m. The room had a microwave and we used it to prepare something to eat for dinner.

The facility was very clean. The staff was very alert, responsive, and helpful. The included breakfast was great!

As is to be expected, the noise interference from the room above was a bit distracting. In addition, my "included" essentials included two bottles of conditioner but no shampoo. Not a big deal but interesting.

The guys in cleaning, didn’t change the sheets and pillow covers, they smelled discusting, and cleaned shelves and countertops around tv with dirty rug , because it smelled bad

We can always trust Holiday Inn properties to be clean and well maintained. Everything was great. The gal at the front desk was very nice wish I would have got her name. We checked in around 10:30pm on 9/1/23.

The coffee tasted poorly but the continental breakfast was good.

We loved the dog amenities! We will specifically come back to this location because of that.

There were a few maintenance things, like broken bathroom bars, but it didn't ruin our stay.

The place was quiet. Had a nice a/c unit. Parking was convenient.

Floors dirty. Accumulated debris in carpet corners. No bath towels in bathroom. No phone guide to dial front desk. Front desk personnel made no mention of breakfast times or of check out times.

The room was clean, spacious, and fresh towels were available. A hot tub in the evening and a full breakfast in the morning - it was a great stay

The family suite was large and fit our family. The breakfast had a great selection with good protein. The pool was warm. Everything was clean. It had free washers and driers.
