Very attentive and friendly staff who even prepared for us the melons we had bought in the street. Excellent breakfast, very good WLAN. The main sights are within walking distance. The hotel also has a nice terrace where we spent the late evenings. Definitely good value for money.

Walls between rooms are a bit thin, but this was not a big issue.

It was very good and near to attractive places. The hotel was value for money. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was delicious. They have a garden with their traditional tables to have breakfast. It was a good experience to have a breakfast like that. Moreover, I forgot my charger there when I left foe Bukhara. I contacted Caravan Hotel and they sent my charger to Bukhara for me. I am really thankful to then for their help in this situation.

The reception team displayed exceptional hospitality, offering attentive, friendly, and accommodating service throughout our stay. Their attention to our needs truly exemplified five-star hospitality. Not only that the hotel features a timeless decor that is truly stunning.

The absence of amenities like a kettle in the room which could have enhanced convenience for guests. Additionally, the internet connection was a bit slow which may impact particularly for those needing reliable online access during their stay. Addressing these aspects could further elevate the quality of the guest experience.

The shower was a bit small, but nothing too bad.

Location was excellent and walking distance to all the major places to see. There is a beautiful local mosque right across from the hotel. I loved stepping in there and the old man working there was so kind to let me in during the men's prayer time. The two young gentleman who worked at the hotel reception were lovely and sweet and very polite. Room was cool and comfortable. Overall, it was a great hotel to stay with a very reasonable price. Centrally located, all major sights within walking distance. Comfortable beds, white fluffy towels in the bathroom, great selection of TV channels in all languages, good WiFi, friendly and accommodating staff, generous breakfast. Reasonably priced restaurants and cafes in the vicinity of the hotel. It is the place to stay for a tourist visit to Samarkand. Small but fine.

The staff couldn’t be more helpful. The garden is nice to sit in. Wi-Fi good. Breakfast good if a little full of sweets, but all Uzbek breakfasts are like that. Not very close to everything but Samarkand is quite big so unavoidable. Taxis incredibly cheap especially if you ask the staff to order one. Less than two dollars to the airport!

Hated the drab brown fitted carpet in the bedroom, smelled a little sweet/musty.

All was great. Staff was super! They helped me with all( maps, taxi, booking trains, good touristic tips ) Great position of the hotel so close to the centre. Tasty breakfast overall sweets meals. Nice breakfast. Extremely hospitable and friendly staff. Location is close to main attractions and has authentic vibe. Clean and neat room. They sell quite cheap postcards and souvenirs.

Stuffy and humid air in the room even with window opened and ventilation turned on. Everything was pretty brand new except AC, buttons on it's remote was hard to push. Breakfast is serving only for two hours.

The hotel is very simple and quiet. If you keep that in mind, perfect. Remember to bring money with you (euros or us dollars), the electronic payments usually don't function and are discouraged. Breakfast very simple but ok. The hotel has a nice location and is clean. Staff attentive and helpful.

The payment system... but it happens everywhere in Uzbekistan... so... bring cash!
