The hotel staff were all brilliant and reception staff spoke good English and are very friendly and helpful. They will look after bags if needed. Place was spotless. The rooms are centered around a square graded which is charming. Situated down quiet side roads just a few minutes walk from the main square, restaurants and convenience stores etc. The whole area is very safe and walking out in the evening, smelling barbequing lamb and seeing the illuminated Rajahstan Sq is a memory that will last. Hotel arranged a whole day guided tour, (ask for Umid) who was fantastic. Breakfast was good with a range of various hot & cold food to suit international guests. Rooms are comfy, large and well equipped with hair dryers, lots of towels etc,

Honestly, nothing really. Even the TV had some programmes in English.

The authenticity of the place reminded me of my grandmother's house, with its charming, nostalgic atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. They cleaned the room every day, and it was just a 5-minute walk from Registan, located in a quiet neighborhood with supermarkets only 2 minutes away. Asror, in particular, was incredibly supportive! He gave me his WhatsApp number to ensure I had assistance whenever needed during our stay. He even patiently helped us order breakfast upon arrival after our long journey.

Not a big deal, but I would have preferred a liquid hand wash over a bar of soap and maybe some more options for breakfast.

This is a lovely hotel with rooms set around a courtyard/garden area. The hotel is a few minutes off the main Registan street, not far to walk to the main sights, and very quiet. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived at 5.10 am and we were met by the hotel's driver, and taken quickly to the hotel where check-in was done very quickly so we could catch up on some sleep. The room was a good size with comfy beds and easy chairs so we didn't have to sit on the bed. The bathroom was a good size and well equipped. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of options. Altogether an excellent experience.

I had an amazing stay at Jahongir Premium! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Registan Square, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a charming courtyard that adds to its relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Special thanks to the reception team for their warm hospitality! Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right. The hotel also arranged transportation for me, which was smooth.

The location was safe and excellent .We were 2 women travelling independently. It was about a 5 to 10 minutes walk to the Registan .Ayush at the hotel was of excellent assistance.. He booked our train tickets to Samarkand and was very good at ensuring that we did not lack for anything. Room was good and with access to English speaking channels on the TV. Some eating places on the street but we booked taxis through the local uber to get around .One great restaurant we would recommend is Boulevard restaurant and bakery.

The property is very well located. It’s within walking distance from Registan square, and some nice restaurants. It’s a family run property, and they are very helpful. We interacted with two brothers, Bek and Zafar. Both are wonderful. Breakfast is wholesome with many options.

There’s nothing to dislike. However it would be nice if they could keep powdered milk and sugar sachets along with the tea service in the room. This actually a personal preference as we like our morning tea with milk and sugar

Great location, walking distance to the Registan and with great local restaurants nearby Beautiful garden in the middle Quiet room and vicinity Huge room and bathroom. This was the biggest room I had during my trip to Uzbekistan Great breakfast Could book tours etc, through the front desk. I'd already booked everything before hand so I didn't need to use this, but it would have been handy if I hadn't Front desk and staff were really helpful

It was quite close to the Registan and all our days ended passing by the Registan. The room was large and well equipped. The staff was great and very helpful, especially Asrod who by the way speaks quite good English. That facilitated easy communication. Breakfast time was set 8-10 a.m. Our train departed early so we would have missed the breakfast. Asrod arrange for us and another family breafast by 7:10. It was a great gesture and our tommies liked it also.

We stayed at both Jahongir hotels. While this one doesn't have the atmosphere of the original Jahongir, it is more luxurious in terms of the room decor and fittings. The same staff run both hotels and were extremely helpful. Same great location very close to registan. Location and rooms were quiet. Overall a fantastic stay

Nothing major, as mentioned the hotel didn't have the same atmosphere or old school vibe as the original but it made up for it in luxury and comfort. The hotel did book us a trip to Shakhrisabz. Unfortunately the car AC wasn't working and it was a hot day. I was with older parents. The hotel should consider this and ensure that it doesn't happen again.
