Everything is lovely here, the rooms are a nice size with pretty decor and a little balcony overlooking the swimming pool courtyard. The bath is wonderful, the bed is comfy and softer than many other hotel beds in central Asia. I would especially like to compliment the staff at reception, breakfast and security who were all delightful - they were funny, cheery, happy, professional and helpful, and they make this good hotel excellent. I hope they are appreciated by management as much as by their guests! The hotel itself is new, clean, well proportioned and accommodates large groups as well as small ones with ease. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to some of the city's most loved tourist sites - the mausoleum complex Shahizinda and the cemetery are across the road, the Bibi-Khanoum masjid and market are a short walk up the road, the stunning Registan square is just a little further and reached through the shopping, restaurants and cafe mall. You could easily spend two days just sight seeing on foot within 1.5 - 2 km of the hotel. We have paid higher prices for lesser quality hotels in the area, so this is excellent value. We were especially happy to be able to safely park our car here for our stay.

We had an amazing time in Uzbekistan. Max was especially helpful. He made our stay in Uzbekistan really comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to all the staff. The rooms were also clean and comfortable.

This is a great hotel. Conveniently located within walking distance of Shah-I-Zinda, one of the best sites in Samarkand. The staff was helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, had working AC, and even heated drying racks for clothing. The pool was great for the whole family and had a bar where you could order decently priced drinks.

The sauna is $15 PER PERSON. Definitely not worth it. Breakfast was a bit small and not a buffet, but I think that’s just because it was off season.

The hotel and the room was all freshly renovated, with good new bathroom equipment and comfortable bedding. Towels were all clean and fluffy. The room had everything I needed. The hotel is extremely close to the bazaar, Bibi Khanum and ShahiZinda and a very easy walking distance to Registan. I also liked the decorations. The staff was nice and friendly to me, at check-in they explained all the options and services to me. Breakfast was good.

It might be a bit on the higher price end, but worth it overall.

The staff at Khan Hotel were exceptionally welcoming, they truly gave us a sense of the genorisity and warm hospitality of Uzbekistan. The breakfast was filling, the rooms are comfortable, clean and warm. Water coolers are provided. It was always a pleasure to stay in the lobby and converse with the staff. Staying at Khan Hotel was also part of the lovely experiences and memories we made while visiting Uzbekistan. Special thanks to Mr. Max, Mr. Hassan and Mr. Faridun.

Located on the other side of the Shakhi Zinda mausoleum, make the view from the hotel 10:10. Really good for beating the crowd in the morning/sunset. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable and the free filtered water was a plus in the roasting heat. We were a group of 10 people in the hotel and it was great to have the outdoor space next to the pool to meet up at. An ATM just outside the hotel is also VERY handy. For the price, this hotel is very good value for money.

Breakfast was sort of basic, similar to same range hotels in Uzbekistan. It’s sufficient, but don’t expect too much (melon and fruit was very fresh and tasty).

hotel was perfectly located with walking distance to many tourist attractions. The rooms are also good with all amenities. The best part is owner and the entire staff are available round the clock to ensure that their guests are well taken care off. In my case, I lost my luggage during my journey from Bukhara to Samrkand. The owner and his staff helped us and within hours had it delivered to me. Once again I take this moment to thank the entire staff for their efforts. if ever i get an opportunity to visit Samarkand in future, this place is definitely going to be my place to stay.

My stay at hotel was enjoyable- great location, welcoming staff and clean room. They allowed me to check-in earlier for free. The reception team was very polite.

AC wasn't working well first night but thankfully the team fixed it the next morning and the rest of my stay was smooth and comfortable.

Location was superb and service was above and beyond. Max and Dostan were specially helpful. For example , we had to leave very early in the morning, they made sure to pack us breakfast. Our stay was made very comfortable by all these extra touches by the staff
