Breakfast spread is extensive, great selection of fruits, nuts and vegetables in addition to the usual local fare. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Comfortable bed, good water pressure, fast wifi and immaculately clean. Conveniently located to both the main train station and local transport into downtown. When they found out I was waiting in the foyer for a train which leaves after midnight, the hotel front desk unprompted generously offered me one of their rooms to rest for a few hours. This level of hospitality and warmth is so impressive. Thank you so much, it was a very heart-warming experience.

All expectations were met and exceeded.

Unexpectedly nice hotel with big rooms, a nice breakfast. They have a pool and a sauna (they do not say it straight away but for free you have 1h staying). Staying for 1 night I took a standard double room but Superior room is much nicer and it's worth its supplement. The staff is friendly and very polite. The bed is nice with a quality mattress. People traveling a lot always appreciate it. The railway station is 5 minutes walk that was the reason I had chosen it being short of time and many things to do before coming back to Tashkent.

My room had a small window next to the ceiling. It was the only not really nice thing. All the rest is worth the money you pay, may be even more.

We picked the hotel mainly for the location, because we would arrive super late at night at the station. But we were very surprised how good it was. Very new, and everything worked well. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom spotless and everything worked well. Breakfast was high quality. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. It is very close (approx. 200m walk) to the station. There is also a really interesting food markets nearby and a Kozinka supermarket, as well as a tram into the tourist parts of the city. We were very pleased with our stay.

The restaurant was above my room so till almost midnight and then the next day at about 6 am nonstop dragging of chairs on the floor which is super irritating. The breakfast is poor for the price they charge per night. No hair conditioner at all. The hotel is ok but for what it offers the price per night is too high.

This is a lovely hotel, nicely furbished and spotlessly clean. The staff were very pleasant, efficient and helpful. It's right beside the train station so very convenient in that respect. Unfortunately, I only stayed a matter of hours as I arrived in the evening and had an early flight to catch. The restaurant appeared to be shut (temporarily?) but there was a very good restaurant a short walk away. Although it is situated quite far from the Registan and other major tourist attractions, to be honest, if I were to do it again I would probably choose to stay here and take taxis (which are very cheap) to wherever I wanted to visit. And the very inviting looking pool would have been most welcome after a hot day's sightseeing!

Staff were friendly and spoke English. We got upgraded to a slightly larger room. The bathroom was tiny. We stayed in the original building. Beautiful pool, but we didn't have the time to use it. Breakfast is a buffet in the new building on the top floor. The location is excellent if you travel by train. It's only a 5 minute walk. Also a few minutes walk to a bus terminal and to the tram terminal. There are ATM, shops and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the Samarkand railway station. It offers excellent value for money with comfortable accommodations. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast had a good variety and was quite satisfying. The pool was clean and a nice bonus for relaxation. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Located right next to the train station. The staff was kind, room was clean and a swimming pool looked welcoming (we didn't have time to use it but it was open until 10 pm). Breakfast was ok.

The room was really tiny. The bathroom was so small that it made us laugh - it was hard to use the toilet as you were touching the shower cabin door with your legs. Additionally the shower cabin door doesn't close properly up until you push the ceiling up 😂 So ok for one night, but definitely not comfortable for longer.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Good breakfast and nice shower. The location is great if you arrive/depart by train as it is 5min walk. I had an early morning train so it was perfect. You can easily reach the city center by bus M4/M5 or M15 or tram number 2. The bus/tram stop is 3 min walk from the hotel. Of course there are taxis as well. I can recommend this hotel.
