Great location, walking distance to wharf and night market, plenty cafes and restaurants near by. Very helpful staff who parked our scooters for us in front of the hotel. Also nice and helpful people at reception. AC was working well and fast, bathroom was big enough, and room got cleaned daily. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Room was advertised with a window, which was technically true, but window faced into hallway next to elevator, so it couldn't really be opened. small room in general with not much floor space, but we didn't have much luggage so that was ok.

The staff were very good, helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The bed is really comfortable, the showers nice warm hot water and good pressure. The location is perfect for the river, museums, night market, daily fruit market and supermarket. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it.

It's a nice budget place - not many frills but comfortable, clean and well located. It's a short walk to the waterfront and the night market. Staff was nice. The room with a view was nice and very big.

The curtains let all the light in so I woke up super early (didn't need to). There was a very noisy fan and the only way to turn it off was to turn off all the electrics. To be fair, I didn't ask if there was another way as it was late when I realised and I was tired. Anyway, these things happen when staying at different places so it didn't matter too much.

Elevator, nice sized clean room with shower over bath (but no shower curtain so still got water all over the floor). Easy walk to Ninh Kiew Wharf (where you can catch a boat to the floating markets).

Staff don’t speak much English (used translation app) and were a bit hit and miss on helping us book a bus to Ha Tien. First girl said there were no buses, then the girl on the desk the next morning could offer to book for us either a sleeper or seat bus option!

Almost everything. People are so friendly, even though not everyone speaks English, but they are always willing to help. Location is perfect.

No view from the window, but this is not hotel's fault ^_^

Hotel was close to being able to enjoy the nightly busy street market and river activities. Our room was small but comfortable. Wi-Fi was okay, Air Con worked well, the plug for our phones wasnt next to the bed but be made it work, and we used the bathroom plug to make our coffee in the morning. The front staff gals were always cheerful and greeting us. I'd recommend this place .

I was surprised how clean and new my room was! For this price my expectations were much lower. Also good location, especially if you want to go to the floating market at 5:30. It's literally less than 5 min walk to the pier. Also even less than that to the night market.

Super location and a great room for a night or two. I stayed on 6th floor and everything was alright. Staff also helped me with the bus ticket to Rach Gia.
