The location was excellent: only a short walk to Ben Ninh Kieu. The mattresses were comfortable, unlike other hotels we stayed in previously which were much harder. The rooms were quite clean. My room had a balcony. We arrived later than anticipated, but communication with staff was easy. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Will highly recommend this hotel.

There was a small window in our room which was not dusted for a while. As we opened it to let fresh air in, dust dropped onto the bed. I appreciate that the key must be inserted to switch on the electricity. But that means when we went out, we couldn't have the AC on. Vietnam was so hot & humid. We would have preferred to have the AC on while away, particularly since our room was a triple bedroom and it took quite a while for it to cool down.

Good location, near restaurants. And walking distance to the boat dock.

It was the only hotel in my entire trip that asked for my entry visa to VN though I already presented my passport. Other hotels only required passport. So if you stay here, make sure bring along entry visa too. Quality is like motel, not hotel.

The Hotel in General looked "Tired", using our Room as an example could be Redecorated On our Level and Room, the Wifi Hotspots & Internet was very poor Disappointed the Management allowed Smoking in the Corridors, the Smell of Smoke was Noticeable in our Room

Fully equiped, best location, easy entrance, everything is a bove my expectations:). Clean, hosts made getting in the appartment easy and overall a great experience, pictures are true to reality

The location was excellent, less than 10 mins walk down to the river front and restaurants. Room was clean and good air con, everything i needed for the nights stay. Great room at a very reasonable price.

Very pleasantly surprised because it was so much cheaper compared to similar. Very clean, rooms modern and well equipped and excellent shower. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and we loved it. It's very clean, the staff is friendly, and the room is very cozy. The WiFi isn't super strong but it's good enough to watch videos and do some work.
