We visited Cao Lanh in order to attend a wedding in a nearby village. It's very much not touristy! Hotel was super good value and actually really pleasant. We were a big group and had a variety of rooms from standard Queen through Deluxe Queen and King. It's definitely worth paying the extra few dollars for the superior or deluxe queen (over the standard) to get the balcony - those rooms are so much nicer. The King was also nice and the room spacious but the balcony a bit small. Hotel is nicely appointed and there are lots of really lovely coffee shops around - cafe Dang just a block away became a firm favourite. Also there is a vinpearl Mall just diagonally opposite and we found this super convenient for a chemist, supermarket, dinner one night at the Korean BBQ restaurant and the kids really liked the arcade. Hotel receptionists spoke very little English but were friendly and worked really hard to accommodate us.

Room was not cleaned very often (some not at all) - even with the "make up my room" signs on the door - nor were we asked if we wanted them to be (in most other hotels we were at least asked even if the cleaning was not automatic). Water had to be paid for (all other hotels we stayed in had at least one bottle of water complimentary per guest). While we were in the process of checking out, one of our party left some candies in the fridge while we took luggage downstairs and when they returned for them (just moments later) they had gone and the cleaners denied all knowledge which was really uncool.

Excellent hotel very clean and location perfect. Staff was excellent to deal with very helpful and any questions we needed answering was more than happy to help.

The Beds was not most comfortable but that me coming from Europe not used to this style mattress in Asia. But beside all that everything else was excellent

Great rooms, great location, very helpful and polite staff. The price of the rooms may be a little bit high, but the value is largely compensated by a very helpful staff. They did advise me well on the room choice and I was so satisfied that I keep returning there. The rooms are very well kept and cleaned.

Great location nearby to a Vincom shopping center and few restaurants. Room is Clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

Location was great, just what we needed... but the beds were hard and only 1 pillow each and only 1 TV channel for westerners.
