The hotel was adequate for what I needed for a couple of nights. Location was good, near to some restaurants The room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was excellent. Staff were courteous and kind There was a lot of construction going on, on the beachfront, which meant that the view on that side was not great at all. Surprised by other reviews saying that the view was great, when actually it was a building site. Hopefully in future years, there will be an amazing view, particularly of the sunset. A safe was available, although needed a key which house keeping provided once I informed them of the lack of key. Breakfast was adequate, with a small amount of choice from a menu. C

We had a memorable vacation here. The room is spacious, the bed is soft. In particular, the location of the homestay is perfect with the sea view and the mountain back, helping us enjoy the majestic natural scenery right from the balcony. Fresh air, peaceful, very suitable for relaxation and temporarily leaving the noise of the city. Attentive service, friendly staff and always ready to support guests.

Ngoc Well Cat Ba really left a good impression on my trip. The rooms are clean, the staff is enthusiastic like family. The food is delicious, flavorful, I just wish the menu was a little more diverse. A place that makes me want to come back. Deserves 5 stars!

The staff here are extremely friendly, always welcoming visitors with a smile. They are ready to assist from booking a car, suggesting a tour schedule to serving meals upon request. This enthusiasm and thoughtfulness makes the trip much more comfortable and memorable.

The best part was the view – the balcony offered amazing views of the bay, which was so relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, with nice, cozy beds that made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend it!

The staff was well organised and helpfull. I wanted to start the tour I booked with them on the day I was checking in (early in the morning, before the given time). There was no problem, they allowed an earlier check-in so that I could also refresh myself. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and well equiped. As an add on bonus, a place where they serve breakfast is really nice
