I like the apartment itself. It is very homy. Perfect place to stay with friends or family. I also like the fact that you can rent motorbike from them directly. What I like the most is the owner let us checkin early, around 7am, without letting us pay extra.

Maybe for the motorbike. we started using the motorbike around 11:30am but they charged us extra because they said if the motorbike is rented before 12pm, it will count 1 day already. They could've been more clear about it. We only use the motorbike for less than 48 hours which is approximately 2 days, but they charge us more than that, just because we rented 30 minutes earlier than 12. But then again it's all about making it more clear. I still enjoyed our overall stay.

The apartment is in a very quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was nice, and the staff were very nice with our puppy. Whenever we had an issue, the staff responded quickly and resolved the issues we had.

The Wi-Fi speeds at night were not usable. They did have the internet company come out and check, but they said it was due to capacity issues. This isn't really a problem with the apartment, but it is something to consider. The other thing to consider is that this place is a little out of town, we had a car so this wasn't an issue. So I would recommend you rent a scooter to get into the downtown area.

Prolly just about the sound proof, but not a problem to me at all since other guests are also very nice One more thing you should note when booking is the location is quite far from the market

It is 3 kms from city center and the lake. But there are nice coffee places just near the home, and it is very fast and cheap to get anywhere with GrabTaxi.

cute and little but easy to find. very clean. the beds have hard mattresses but that was very comfortable. we just hired a bike from the villa and i found dalat my favourite place to get around.

they didn’t have a safe for passports etc. but I felt very safe leaving it.
