I loved this place, we had a separate house which was so cute and comfortable, I felt like I didn't want to leave it. The place itself is very green -it's like amid of forest, it was so quiet. But at the same time it's very close to the center and night market. The street it was located on had many bars and restaurants. The staff was so helpful and friendly - we arrived very early in the morning around 8 am and they were able to offer us a room straight away without extra pay which was so nice of them. The breakfast was delicious with wide selection of plates. I would stay here again and again.

The place is super chill and calm with a beautiful garden. Our room was in the second floor, nice and unique architecture. The room was as described, equipped with necessary stuffs for staying. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with a variety of sweets and salty.

We went to Dalat in August, which is the rainy season there. It rained almost every night until morning. Since there was no roof over the front terrace of the apartment, we couldn’t leave our shoes outside or sit there to watch the rain. The electric socks inside the room weren’t work so well, we have a bit of problems with our chargers.

Such a fabulous stay here with husband and adult daughter. Had one of the pointy rooms with the mezzanine floor ( where our daughter could easily sleep). We were kindly allowed to check in very, very early (6am) having arrived overnight, and are hugely grateful for this. The room and the whole resort were spotless with the most beautifully kept, tropical gardens. Great, large balcony to sit in the sun whenever we wanted. Tea/coffee making facilities plus small fridge in the room, and beds/room cleaned daily. Fabulous, beautifully fresh breakfast plus lovely, helpful and friendly staff. An easy grab taxi into the centre. Hugely recommend and would most definitely return if we are ever lucky enough to come back to Da Lat.

There is absolutely nothing to criticise at all.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They assisted us to purchase train tickets to Hue when we experienced difficulties with the website. Our luggage was taken to/from our room. We had to leave at 6am and were provided with breakfast take away which was extremely helpful. They arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport. The gardens were delightful and well maintained. The feel of the place was relaxing and friendly.

The music and chatting from the bar across the road was loud. The shower was lukewarm. The music from the sound system started at 6am on the first day and woke us up. When I commented on this to the receptionist, it started at 7.30am the next day. An immediate response which was great.

When you head towards the hotel for the first time, you think: what a weird location I've chosen - the streets are not that nice, not much good cafes around etc. Then you come into the hotel and think it is a different reality, like an oasis in the desert 😄 The territory is neatly looked after, very clean, green and very pleasant to the eye. The gardener is always on duty. The bellboy meets you at the gates with no exceptions. The reception personnel is kind and helpful. The room that was provided to us at first was a bit noisy because of the pump, but the administration quickly changed the room for us. So it was nice and comfortable. I pay much attention to the bed as I get older 😄 so here my sleep was very calm and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, everything is exceptionally fresh, and unlike in many Vietnamese hotels, there's choice of both - Vietnamese and European varieties of food. It is a buffet, but the eggs are cooked personally for the guest whichever way you want them. Nice instrumental music played in the lobby, which makes sitting by the windows pretty romantic.

My husband notes that the pump in the room that was reassigned to us was still heard during the night, so he had to use the earplugs. For me the noise was barely heard. So the light sleepers should settle this with the administration and ask for the room or a house where the pump wouldn't be heard.

The room was absolutely lovely, really enjoyed the wooden cabin-style theme. Bed was comfortable, TV was large, water and tea/coffee restocked everyday (with various options - was lovely to have english tea and green tea as an option, with sugar!). The staff were absolutely lovely, sadly I can’t remember the name of the very kind young gentleman who checked us in when we arrived very late but I want to thank him especially. All staff were extremely attentive and welcoming, always bowing and greeting us when we walked past reception. Breakfast was great, both food to order and buffet style, as the accommodation is small the dining area is small and very quiet. Location was nice, it is just off a busy road so sometimes you will hear traffic and karaoke, but nice food, cafe and laundry within walking distance. Not too far walk to the main city area (maybe around 20 min).

Reception called our room telephone three days in a row, twice to remind us when breakfast ended. The first time we had already been here for 3 days and had breakfast, we were fully aware of the breakfast times, I was trying to rest as I had toothache, and I just felt a little disturbed with this call. The following day, after breakfast I wanted to rest some more, the phone went to offer us housekeeping. The final time was the last day, again to remind us when breakfast ended. We understand they are being informative and helpful however it felt a bit overbearing. No fridge in the room, however this is a personal preference! :)

This is a great little spot in Dalat, the staff greet you and make sure you are well looked after . We stayed in a king suite - it’s like your own tiny house to go back to. Even in the pouring rain it’s such a delight to look out into the beautiful greenery ! Everything was spotlessly clean. We ate at the restaurant twice , simple menu but great tasty food . Breakfast was perfect. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The neighbourhood is local, safe and a short 10min walk to the more tourist area. Perfect spot !

Couldn’t have asked for anything more

The staff were great, they were super helpful and friendly, they accommodated any need or questions I had beyond just being polite. I looked forward to coming to breakfast for the interaction with them. The breakfast was tasty, and the bed comfortable. Even though it wasn’t far from the road, the sound proofing and trees just block it all out.

Probably my own fault for not checking, but there wasn’t any desk to work in the rooms. The staff offered the dining room, but I am a night owl and didn’t want to disturb them until late. One of the staff allowed me to use one of the outdoor settings inside the room which helped. It isn’t a problem for most, but just something to be aware of.

Very interesting experience. The hotel itself is amazing, kid loved the second floor like his own area/bedroom! The architecture is pretty nice and not standard, territory is not so huge/not small but beautiful. Perfect staff, perfect breakfast, in restaurant you feel like not in the hotel restaurant but in some cool and famous place. By the way menu a la carte is also very tasty and interesting. We spent 5 days in Dalat and each evening we wished to return to our cute room on the high floor. Definitely recommended

We enjoyed our stay at Bach Place and it was a great stop for the night. The staff went above and beyond and I would certainly rate them 10/10. We were able to check in very early after our morning flight which was really appreciated, as other hotels on our trip weren't all able to provide this. The staff also looked thoroughly into travel options for us, where we could exchange money and quickly sorted an issue with the safe in our room. We couldn't fault them at all. The breakfast was also really great with a wide variety of options and the room for it was very opulent. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfy. The rooms are great and such a quirky design.

We didn't find the shower to be great, it was quite cold and the box stopped you from being able to get that close to it. We also had (maybe to our own fault) thought the hotel was in a more rural/out of town area, but it is actually on quite a busy road within the city itself, which it is useful to know.
