Cont, the Manager was brilliant. He couldn’t have been more helpful. He upgraded our room with no charge, to a very big room with a lovely view over Da Lat. He also found guides for us who took us on fantastic trips and made the most delicious breakfasts too. Just the perfect host.
The floors in the room could have been cleaner.

staff were helpful and friendly, they were the best of our stay. Room was made up daily.
The room had a very strong smell of mould, the mattresses were like sleeping on wire coils and not very comfortable.

-SUPER noisy. The coffee bar on the ground floor plays music at 7AM even though they have no cueto -window facing a wall - outdated, not good value for money

Location
The staff are completely unprofessional. We have stayed for two nights, in the morning we went out for breakfast and walk. When we were back our room was with open door and empty. There are no ours stuff. We went to reception and they can’t say where are our stuff. Just tell us that we have to change the room. And we should wait until two o’clock! Why?! Finally they showed us our new room. They can’t explain why they did it. If we are need to change room is it not problem. They have to tell us. But I was at reception twice and nobody told us that we have to change the room. They just came at our room took our stuff and moved it by themselves. After that my facial mask and hair brush were missing. The woman on reception just told us sorry! Pillows and mattress uncomfortable. In the room there’s smells. There is no sound proofed. I can hear everything from room above me, from room next me, from outside

The bed like sleep on hard rock feel, damaged bed. Bed seen like got dust mite, whole body itchy. Super bad sound proof. Not recommend 😡
