I was allowed to check in two hours early without any extra charge, and the staff here are very friendly and helpful. The hotel operates 24/7, so even if you return late from your outings, there’s always someone at the front desk. The parking area is quite spacious. The room was very clean, and I really liked it. The location is great, quite close to the city center. It's near the Love Valley, Dream Hill, the pine forest, and main streets like Phan Dinh Phung and Hai Ba Trung, where you can find delicious and affordable food.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, located in the central area, making it easy to go anywhere. I was sick and almost had to cancel the trip, but luckily I still managed to get there. The hotel was understanding and allowed me to check in early. I was tired, but when I entered the lobby and saw the receptionist's bright smile, it naturally lifted my mood. Plus, the elevator was spacious and worked well. The weather in Da Lat was quite cold, but I felt reassured because I could use hot water freely.

Excellent location right in the heart of the city, with everything just a short walk away. The room is clean, bright, and comfortable, definitely worth the price if you’re looking for an affordable yet pleasant stay. The hairdryer wasn’t working, but the staff were very helpful and replaced it right away.

Here’s my experience after staying at Mat Troi Vang: -Location: It’s close to the city center, just a 2-3 minute walk away. -Room: The room is comfortable, spacious enough, and has all the necessary amenities. -Service: The service is excellent, really great.

The hotel is clean, well-ventilated, and fully equipped with all the essentials—shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, tissues, and trash bins—making the stay very convenient. The rooms are fresh, dust-free, and tidy, with the bathroom well-designed, separating the wet area from the dry area to prevent water splashing. The room is bright and everything is just perfect. The price is reasonable, and having stayed here twice.

First of all, I have to say that the location is very convenient—close to the main streets, the city center, and various dining and shopping spots—so my family felt very satisfied and comfortable. Additionally, the staff were welcoming and enthusiastic; they even carried our luggage to the room, provided thoughtful service, and guided us to the best local eateries.

It’s on a quiet street and there’s several cafes very close to the hotel. It’s only a few steps away from a main street which has many choices for locals food.

Good location, nearby nice cafe and restaurants. Provide you some water and snacks for extra charges. Good thing is the really hot water in shower, not just warm, that is important after getting all wet and cold during rainy season in the mountains..

The room does not have real window to the streets, so as a result there is no enough fresh air inside.. Also no air-con..

I found the rooms here to be beautiful, clean, and spacious, with a balcony and a relatively wide 1.8m bed. The staff are warm and friendly, and they made our family feel very welcome. They even proactively took photos for us, so the ladies could have some great shots to post on Instagram!

The perfect place from which to explore Da Lat Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places. I will certainly be back
