New hotel, friendly and attentive staff, love the extra finishing touches with small vases with fresh flowers.

Small thing, but bathroom didn't have enough hooks to hang out towels.

The hotel is very beautiful, staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful. For 5 star hotel if pool and gym available to use it would be excellent. Highly recommend.

The hotel strikes a great balance between comfort, style, and solid service, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a bit of luxury without the fuss. The Premier Suite was impressive, its spacious, with a comfortable layout that feels more like a mini apartment than a hotel room. The bed was large and comfortable, the seating area was ideal for relaxing and the windows offered a lovely view of Da Lat. The bathroom was spotless, with a great shower and a huge tub for a relaxing soak. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Check-in was quick and easy, and every interaction I had with the team—whether at reception, housekeeping, or in the dining area—was warm and professional. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise—plenty of variety and everything was fresh and well-prepared. From local Vietnamese dishes to more Western options, there was something for everyone.

Absolutely nothing comes to mind

The build quality is first class well above many other Vietnamese hotels. The breakfast buffet is reasonably good and you can see the effort they are putting in to constantly improve.

Most of the year it’s not that cold there, but it was a few nights when we were there and there is no heating. No flexibility with wanting to check out 30min late, when the hotel is half empty. A little bit of a long walk from town night market area.

We enjoyed everything the Hotel had to offer. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The facilities were impeccable. Jade was so helpful each day getting to the local attractions. Mr Dusit and head chef Andrew ensured we were well catered. Breakfast was a delight. Thank you all at Golden Imperial Hotel. We had the best stay. Phil and Suzy.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right next to Lam Vien square. Found out the hotel is only 6 months old, no wonder everything is spanking new. A special thank you shout out to Oliver, and also Teresa for all the kind help and tips. I am the traveler with my mom : ) I look forward to staying here again!!

The BEST hotel in Da Lat. STAY HERE. Even though it’s still under construction, they are only working from 9-4 when we are out. Seriously stay here!

Nothing. Perfect. Amazing! I loved this hotel. One of the best I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. Amazing breakfast too! I can’t wait until the bar and spa opens up!

This is an exceptional Đà Lạt hotel with room newly renovated and truly deserves 5 stars status. Staffs are extremely friendly and provide great service to customers. Surely will come back for our future Ðà Lạt trip.

The entire facility was clean and had a pleasing smell. The staff were extremely kind and exceptional. The rooms were very comfortable and the buffet chef was extremely kind and very helpful and attentive.

Gym and spa facilities weren’t ready to be used other and things seemed slightly in the expensive side.

Everything is so new but best of all, staff are so helpful and friendly. The breakfast food is great particularly the pho. It’s amazing!
