The resort is quite and a little far from the city central. Very relaxing stay and the room was excellently clean. You could have a very quite and relaxing stay at the resort. Many trees and flowers surrounding the resort. It was really a great stay. Very clean room, comfort bed and pillows. Staff were very helpful on the request. But If you prefer city live, then might need to consider stay at city area.

The breakfast can be improved further. Limited choice. Location is about 25min drive from the city center (approximately USD5.00 per ride for Taxi or Cab) A little hard to call a grab car to this location.

I like the surrounding scenery of the resort, the architecture of the residential area. The air at the resort is very fresh, the space is quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

However, the room we rented lacked a place to put on shoes, and a table and chairs to sit and drink tea. In addition, there was a slight lack of light at the mirror positions, making it inconvenient for applying makeup.

One-Bedroom Bungalow (transfer from Superior Double Room for free) was clean, cozy, close to nature, and had a beautiful view of the garden. The bungalow was fully equipped as description. The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful, and they were always willing to meet our requests.

The wifi speed was weak and unstable, but it didn't affect me much since I was often out.

Some of the staff couldn't speak English well (when we tried to explain what we wanted for breakfast) but the next day there were people with good English. Breakfast is very bad, even fried eggs were not cooked well. Better go and have breakfast in another place

Nice room with the balcony. Very nice staff. Good food in the restaurant. Nice trails to walk nearby in the forest.

The utensils like towels and sheets were not clean.There were no bathrobes which are usually equipped in most resorts. In terms of outdoor activities, it was a little disappointed as I could not find any interesting places to go in the resort. All shelters around the villas were left wet and dirty after rain so I couldn’t sit on. Talking about the included breakfast, only a few dishes were available like fried rice, sausages, soup and bread but it was ok to me as the price for the whole stay was reasonable.

The hotel is organizing huge receptions, with very loud music at night making impossible to rest for other hotel guests. The staff is not speaking english, making it difficult to ask anything. The breakfast is really poor.
