Service : 10/10 The hotel have a manager day and night who is always welcoming and checks on you at night for any issues or inconvenience. The staff gave my parents warm tea while they waited for me to pick them up with my motorbike to another location. Breakfast : The breakfast was not included in our plan but the venue is across the road from the hotel not seen on Google map but looked pretty good. Two floors (Villa) : 9/10 Very spacious with 3 beds on site. With a washing machine and a big fridge with the utensils in the kitchen. This hotel is worth visiting if you plan to stay in Dalat for consecutive nights. Location : 10/10 Easily reachable to the night market on foot and breakfast restaurants nearby (10 minute walk) * Note that the room where you have 2 floors (Villa) is much bigger than the one with Sauna and a terrace. The place where we stayed had three bathrooms and two bedrooms and two living rooms. If you need quiet atmosphere and more spacious place, go for the villa. If you need views outside the window, Jacuzzi and terrace, go for the room with Sauna. The room with Sauna is on 2nd floor (highest floor) of the hotel and the whole floor is for you to use including the weights and terrace.

We had some trouble with our neighbor travellers who was partying at 11pm and very noisy but the staff quickly resolved the issue.

Great location, located 15 min walk from the Crazy house, it’s right next to a very busy bakery, and they have their own coffee shop next door. Very friendly staff with 24h reception. Room was spacious, air conditioning was working perfectly. We ran into some few issues on our first night but it got foxed in a timely manner. There’s also an indoor patio which was great to avoid mosquitoes

Since the street is busy you can sometimes hear noises early morning or late night but that didn’t prevent us from sleeping in.

The staff were so lovely, spoke good English and were so attentive to all our needs. Every night we got a text asking if anything needed a top up in the room and if we had any issues etc. thank you to the staff! The hotel is central (less than 1km walk down to the main area of Dalat where the night market is etc) Othereise get a grab for super cheap The rooms were clean and sheets and towels were clean. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a small kitchenette which was also helpful: There was a good little bakery right next door where we bought croissants, donuts etc. fresh and delicious Thank you to the staff at la Fleur! The staff were amazing - they accommodated us last minute after we left our original accomodation because it was uncomfortable. Kan and Tri were awesome - they helped us with our luggage, room service and in general were really friendly. The three bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable and the best accomodation we booked in our month in Vietnam. The hotel is within walking distance of the lake and night markets and next door to a lovely bakery. The hotel also has a cafe - so I was able to have a proper coffee without having to find a cafe! Excellent value for money - the rooms were cleaned for us and water was refillable for free. It has a cute little balcony as well and the beds and couch were super comfortable. We stayed downstairs next to the entrance. Slightly noisy, road traffic, foot traffic, ( they did offer to move me. I turned it down )this morning ( between 5-6am) a group was checking in or out. I don't know I just got to hear them talking loudly outside our door. I talked with the staff and he did ask them to tone it down to no Advil Once again the hotel was clean and the staff was great I will stay again just not downstairs by the front door

The room was lovely, and very clean. The staff - especially Tri and An - were very helpful. Nightmarkets, crazy house and 100 Roofs were within walking distance. There is a great bakery right next door, and a laundry around the corner tgat charges 30k perkg.

It us right on a very busy road, and when the external door us left open its quite noisy. Some of the other guests were also quite noisy at times. The option for breakfast is actually a voucher for a very limited menu at Cafe Doi Dep across the busy road. Service and food not great. Much better to get breakfast from the bakery and a coffee from the lovely team at reception.

We booked the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom sauna room, which was a good fit for our family of 5 with 3 double beds. It was nice to be within a 2-3 minute walk to the "Chicken Church" and a 10-15 minute walk to the Da Lat Night Market. You can also catch a Grab bike or car for a few bucks if you don't feel like making the walk to the Night Market. It also was really nice to have a washer in the unit (just make sure to build in time to hang dry your clothes). The gym on the 2nd floor right outside our unit was also very convenient. The hosts, An and Tien, spoke English very well and were responsive to our requests to clean the rooms each day and refill the water bottles. There also was a kitchenette, larger mini-fridge, plates/bowls, electric kettle, rice cooker / pressure cooker, and teapot for days where we wanted to order Grab and eat-in. It also was very nice to have the coffee shop right downstairs and a bakery right next door. The best part was the private waterfall tour that Tien took us on! He was very knowledgeable since he had been a tour guide for 10+ years and allowed us to go at our own pace with the ability to customize the tour as needed! I highly recommend Pongour Waterfall for the breathtaking view and Datanla for the coaster ride / activities.

The smaller bedroom did not have A/C, but the fan was sufficient to cool the room in late June weather. The unit faces the main street and can be noisy during the day. Overall, the noise level wasn't bad since the condo / hotel is further away from the Night market. Note, the shower is partially separated with a barrier, but since it isn't fully enclosed, the floors of the bathroom will get wet. We just wore shower slippers and had the floors mopped when we went sight-seeing.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around. The staff are all extremely helpful and friendly, which made me feel very welcome throughout my stay especially Tri & An. The room was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Our kids got sick on our first night of our 3 night stay. The staff were amazing. They helped organise extra towels for the room and organised for us to collect our breakfast as takeaway so an adult could stay with the sick kids. They used what’s app to check in and make sure all were okay and to see if we needed anything. Location was great you are able to walk to most places.

The reception desk is very warm-hearted, excellent in English more than I thought, providing all the service that we wanted. Besides, the room is very cozy, with great street views but relatively less noise. What’s more, the room is equipped with YouTube TV and Netflix, with which our family had a great night here. In addition, the breakfast provided by doidep right across the street is awesome, in the sense of the service, environment and food quality. Overall, I strongly recommend this accommodation.
