Excellent location to wander around the town. Front of house very helpful - booked a tour (highly recommended) to the local waterfalls and also a bus to HCMC both of which worked out to the t. Room very clean, plenty of hot water.

One request - mention that you have to go up a side alley to get to the entrance as it is not obvious

My second time staying here. Lovely staff, a good central location near the lake, great kitchen facilities, and a cosy room.

Bring a pair of earplugs. If you get a room facing the side road it can get quite loud with the motorbikes. However, this tends to die down after around 11pm.

Oh it was such a relief to come from a different hotel that I had to leave due to it being horrible, to checking into this cute hotel! I booked this on the day…very last minute but the best decision ever! It was so cosy and quaint and everything felt like it was new. The bed was so so comfy and the room was so so clean. They even have a kitchen for you to use which was so clean and huge with free tea & coffee & filtered water. The staff are so so friendly. Highly would recommend to anyone staying in Da Lat.

Only thing was that my room was right next to the kitchen, so it was noisy on one night.

Super sweet and nice staff and the room was just lovely. It had an actual built in shower so the bathroom doesn‘t get wet, free water bottles every day and the bed was comfy. But the best thing was their outdoor kitchen! You can make your own breakfast or lunch, they have all the tools you just need to buy the food. I enjoyed it and the seating area is also nice. And there you can also refill your water bottle.

The door had a lot of space to the wall so a lot of light from the hallway outside came in during the night.

The hotel is located near popular points of interest. Friendly staff. There is a kitchen available to all guests with a fridge, microwave and cooker. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. Very clean - the beds are made every day and the rooms are cleaned every day.

Shower ( with shower curtain ) was in the bedroom plus the toilet did not have a door - just a shower curtain . It was not possible to pay with a credit card - cash only . No English spoken. In all hotels, on our tour, we were given two small bottles of mineral water. Here we had to pay !

The room with balcony was on a very busy street / corner and the noise during the night disturbed our night sleep If you have earplugs , fine room for very good price

Location is very convenient for everything including buses. Near the main shopping areas.

The only thing I would have liked is a small wardrobe for hanging clothes. When you stay for 2 weeks it’s nice to unpack a little.

Great location. Some self catering options like fridge available and cooking. Friendly staff. Clean and Tidy and very hospitable.

Sound insulation not great. Usually not a problem but other noisy guests were sometimes intrusive.

A large and spacious room with a low ceiling, located right in the city center but very quiet. Excellent value for the price

The toilet and shower have no door and no privacy The girl who works there is very cute and eager to help, but she doesn't speak a word of English and everything I asked that was a little different from the norm, she just couldn't understand. That's why the help that was done is so complicated and frustrating for both of us, In the end I managed on my own
