Great place, nice staff and clean rooms. Their speaking english wasn't very good, but we could communicate easily texting in WhatsApp. The room could use a bit of renovation, but it was fine. The room was spacious. The wi-fi quality in our room wasn't very good for video calls, but bearable. The hotel is located on a nice street, the view was stunning. We stayed there for a month and everything was great, no problem at all. The girl at the reception even agreed to help us to pay for mobile Internet We had to transfer a deposit on a local bank card, which was a bit scary, but ended up well. No scam

The staff were all very nice and always helpful! Towels and linens were clean and smelled good. Laundry service offered at a good price and delivered back the same day (we dropped it off at 10am to front desk and it was ready at 5pm). Smart TV, kettle, A/C worked great. Scooter rental was easy with front desk and cost 150,000VND per day for a brand new scooter. Location was quiet.

Biggest complaint is the smell coming from the drain in the bathroom beside the toilet. We did a few things ourselves to try and fix/mask it but had to eventually mentioned it to the front desk and they tried to address it. There is a window to open in the shower area so this helped it. Also, the shower drain didn't drain very well initially but we pulled the first two top pieces off while showering and it drained perfectly.

Staff were great. Friendly and helpful. Coffee shop on the first floor was nice. Lots of plants made for a cozy atmosphere. Room was large enough and well lit. Nice shower and bathroom. Laundry service was affordable and quick.

Water wasn't that hot but if you turned down the water pressure it was good. Pretty common with that type of water heater.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The room had all the services you would want and expect from this level of hotel. The staff were amazing, from check-in all the way through to check-out. Every staff member would great you with a smile every time you saw them.

Lovely room, but the only window faced the corridor so not private if you wanted natural light! Coffee shop downstairs would be better if they offered some breakfast.

Everything was perfect. They even upgraded us to a large suite and gave us free breakfast one day. People here are extremely nice and they are always there to help. Place is super clean and smells nice.
