We stayed for one night, no one got enough sleep because the mattresses were not comfortable. There was no bar in the room. When we checked out, we forgot our passports in the room and discovered this late at night when we arrived home in Nha Trang. We called the reception and they confirmed that the passports were found after we checked out, but unfortunately no one called us, and we could have come and picked up the documents. Due to the lack of service and customer focus, we had to travel 5 hours to pick up the documents.

5 star for the impression and buffer breakfast. Amenities and details need update and improvement. Booked for Christmas celebration but restaurant did not have Christmas eve theme dinner. Staffs recommended room service for special Christmas eve dinner but room lacks facilities for a proper dinner setting. No proper drinking glasses or wine glasses, not even dinning table and chairs. Wifi for room TV movies was unstable. Too many big tourist groups probably attracted by their impressions being the best hotel in Dalat..

The concierge and front door staff were very helpful and receptive. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of food items and the day spa room was lovely.

Only one towel each - they were small by western standards and I need extra for my long hair. S quick chat to reception and this was sorted. There was a bunch of black hair on the bedroom floor when we checked in - we are both blonde!

Restaurant was very bad had a 3 course meal asked for med to well steak, steak came out almost undercooked very bad unfortunately me and my partner were sick the next day, cheesecake was still frozen very poor for a r star hotel very underwhelming, Hotel lift broke down was stuck in there for 20 mins with other guests pressed emergency alarm no one came to our assistance had to force open doors with other guests to get out thank God we were on a floor and not stuck between floors, no apology staff member was more worried about the lift then us guests that were in there for 20 mins

Very nice place, we loved everything. The pool is beautiful and good for swimming and the staff was exceptionally friendly and competent. Especially around the pool and the spa. Breakfast was nice and offered a variety of choices every day and in between different days.

Some more hangers to dry the swimming clothes would be nice.

Excellent location, great views. The suite was great with sitting area and separate bedroom. The food was excellent with many choices for all different tastes.

I like the gym, but would be better if separate from swimming area as quite warm when running.

Good parking. Heated toilets and automatic wash and dry. Good location, many restaurants around.

Bath towels not very big, some hand towels were old and frayed. Shampoo dispenser did not work, had to ask for a replacement. Breakfast restaurant was a bit small, not comfortable.

Fantastic heated pool and also kids ball pit area with great (long!) opening hours. A fantastic choice for a family. Only a short walk up the hill from the lake area. Lots of nice coffee spots and an atm near by. Fab views from the room.

It is cleaned and spacious. We loved MerPerle hotel. We could have seen the old history of the city through windows. Thank you for letting us stay.
