Very lovely spacious room with a divan and large windows from which you can see the sea. The bathroom had a big window to the room so you can actually see the sea while showering. The breakfast was nice, the gym was decent. The room service was tasty.

The internet was not very good which made work difficult. The laundry is ridiculously overpriced, the level of english of the staff was quite poor, and even though you have the beach across the street you can't swim there. It's quite a long walk from town and not really any super markets around the hotel. The rooms with sea view only have sea view from a certain angle, facing the window straight you have a view of the big building of the hotel next door.

The swimming pool , the business center is closed. The hotel spa has a big beautiful room but the girl who gave me the massage is the worst I ever had so stay away unless you like someone to talk to for one hour😕.

The location is excellent. The staff are all very welcoming and they helped us with almost everything about our bookings for activities from the hotel. Ms Lam at the reception helped us with a lot of information and guidance. The staff in the restaurant were very good.

Property was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel were not linked with booking.com we were meant to have a bath within our booking but did not get originally. However when showed our booking was no problem in getting the booked room.

Ngoc, the front desk manager, and The whole team, from everyone stationed at the front desk, to bell boys, to breakfast room workers are all attentive and respectful.

Location was off the beaten path so there were very few services, restaurants within walking distance

the entry hall is huge and wonderful, the view from the room is nice and the room is well decorated. You can book many tours directly from the reception.

They have carpet in the hallway but they don’t bother cleaning it very often because the carpet was full of dust and very dirty, it shouldn’t be the case in a 5 stars hotel. It was very dusty under the bed as well. This might be a 5 stars hotel according to asian standards but definitely not in western standards. But the price being what it was, It’s ok.

I like this hotel because it’s very good location,the staff are friendly,helpful and polite,they are:Tiến,Quỳnh,Ngọc,Lân and Hưng,the price is reasonable,highly recommended!

I didn’t like anything

Functional hotel with magnificent views of the river and sea , the fishing boats ( hundreds) twinkling at night was a beautiful sight. We had a corner executive room ..large room well appointed. Staff were very helpful.

Only had 2 pillows and bed a little hard .. BE AWARE THERE IS NO POOL ,despite the picture it's next door and not great to get to. You can't swim in front of the hotel in the ocean due to a rip , you have to go up the beach 500m .

Very spacious lobby that greets you in, as well as the friendliest staff that will do anything to help you. the breakfast was vast with an array of different options. a buffet that style that matches the quality of the hotel itself, with chefs cooking your eggs fresh in front of you. The rooms are very big rooms that a super comfortable. an amazing view of Dong Hoi river
