I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Meliá Vinpearl Cua Sot hotel for three nights, and I must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty of the villa I stayed in. The accommodations were elegant, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere that truly enhanced my stay. However, what truly stood out during my time at this hotel was the exceptional staff, with Ms. Na being an absolute gem. Her warm and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease, and throughout my stay, she went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Ms. Na was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and provided invaluable assistance with various aspects of my stay, from arranging transportation to suggesting local attractions and restaurants. Her dedication and genuine care for the guests were truly commendable, and I am grateful for her presence and assistance. Overall, my experience at Meliá Vinpearl Cua Sot was nothing short of outstanding. The combination of the beautiful villa, the attentive staff, and Ms. Na's exceptional service made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway, and I certainly look forward to returning in the future.

The staff were absolutely exceptional and assisted with absolutely everything, even organising an 8hr transfer to our next location at a price lower than I could find online. The property itself was immaculately maintained and could not be faulted. Would absolutely recommend as a place to rest a few days. Mrs Duong spoke English well and assisted us on our every request at any time of day, making our stay very special.

Everything was good. The staff is great. Special thanks to the manager Phan Hồng Dương. They brought everything we wanted for breakfast.

Waterpark was closed. I think due to bad weather conditions.

Loved the small pool attached to the villa. Loved the close beach. Breakfast was delicious. Our hostess Doung was gracious, efficient and spoke English beautifully. She made our stay effortless. Thank you.

Many items on the room service menu were unavailable. They are a little isolated so it would help if they had a few products, like sunscreen, for purchase.

Great location and lovely people. Loved the pool and enjoyed the cocktails, just wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks to the low season, we got the whole villa with private pool at very reasonable price. The staff was 💯

The villa seems outdated and not well cleaned.

The rooms were very clean, And the service were excellent especially Ms.Na, She can speak English. She did taking care all of us for everything.

Ms Na has been very helpful in any aspect of the stay, as her english is very good. The staff is quick and very friendly.
