I loved how helpful and convenient the location is. There's a nearby Pharmacy, Cafe and restaurants. The room was spacious with a unique bathtub that actually placed on the balcony. The furnitures were lovely and the layout of the toilet and shower was also unique. The slippers are not your usual flimsy hotel slippers, they are proper ones where it dries fast when it gets wet. Everyone is helpful and cheerful. Even the tour information desk helped us and did not make us feel like his trying to rip us off. He actually recommended and helped us do it ourselves in a smooth and easy way. All staff was helpful. After travelling so far we had a comfortable and relaxing sleep.

It was not a deal breaker but there's a slight wet wood smell in the corridor.

The reception staff is nice when at the hotel, but not responsive enough to online messages/requests prior to check-in: We asked for an early check-in around 9-10am but the staff didn't say it wouldn't be possible, they only gave a quote per hour of early check-in. So when we arrived we had to wait 4h until we could check-in.. In this case, the staff should warn us in advance or propose an upgrade with early check-in available. Especially since we mentioned this would be following a 12h flight. The room was ok but there was a bad smell from the bathroom, not too annoying though.

Super friendly staff at reception, breakfast, and cleaning personell. Lovely decorated room with quirky bathtub on balcony. Good showers, large comfy bed, and large windows.

The location was handy for me as close to the office I had to work in. It also provides an authentic Hanoi experience. But if I were a tourist, I'd probably go to a more vibey part. The room wasn't very soundproof so the noises from the roads are quite audible. All good otherwise, lovely people!!

The really enjoyed my stay there. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Special shout out to Tony, he really helped me out. He was continuously in touch with me before my stay to check if I need anything during my stay. He also arranged my commute from and to the airport. It was my first time traveling to Hanoi, Tony helped me to organize city tour and trip to HaLong Bay. He also kept checking with me during tour/trip to make sure I’m alright. Very humble and down to earth person…😊

The stay at 22Land Hotel & Residence was really great! All people at the front desk were very friendly and helpfully in all questions. I am still surprised how friendly this employees! The noise level from outside was very hight! There was a low quality of windows! Hope the hotel will invest money for noise protection!

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, with nice decor. The rooms were also very bright with big windows, which can sometimes be hard to find with fair priced hotels in Hanoi. The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the receptionist Phương Anh, who supported us and made our stay very relaxed by helping us with late check outs, giving us information when needed and generally being a very pleasant and friendly person. Thank you, my mother and I will be sure to use the hotel again.

One thing we really liked when we booked the hotel was the bath on the balcony. I was surprised when the bath bomb provided by the hotel was added to our bill (around 7 dollars). Laundry service also quite expensive. The location was good for local coffee shops but I would not stay here again as it was quite far from the centre of Hanoi

I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed for about two weeks and was thoroughly impressed with the room, which was larger than expected and well-furnished. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Extending my stay was very easy, and I was fortunate to remain in the same room. If you’re searching for a hotel in Cầu Giấy, this one is an excellent choice.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We loved the use of the dining room to have a home cooked meal on our holiday. The apartment allowed us to have the downtime we needed after a long flight.

The location was limiting as it was in a busy area with some ok restaurants but nothing amazing like in Old Quarter. However! The staff and the room make it a great place for people travelling for work!
