The pool on the roof was very nice and clean. Thanks to the guy who worked late and early in the morning at the reception, he was very friendly and absolutely helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet area. But you can walk to many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. The public bus to the old quarter of Hanoi is 5mins walk away.

Loved the large, comfy beds and a big bathroom. The breakfast is delicious with loads of options for vegetarian/vegan diets too. Rooftop pool has cool views across the city and the hotel is in a quiet location. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Location is a bit far from some main attractions but transport is easy on Grab app, especially with motorbikes, so as long as you plan ahead for time, it’s fine

Staff are really friendly most especially the breakfast team, they really have the best morning smiles! The Manager Anna was also helpful in our needs, she personally fixed our sim/data issues for us to have internet connection. The hotel was very affordable and peaceful tho its not close to the downtown.

pool view and pool, room was lovely and clean, lots of mini bar options, breakfast is good, good nail salon close by called Lee Lee nails (highly reccomend) and many hair salons near by too

might have been a language barrier/difference but i wasnt greeted well when i arrived and sometimes there were confusions which wasnt helpful. laundry was per item rather than kg which ended up costing abit more than other places. the address tells grab taxis to meet on the wrong side of the building which is a little unsafe for a female traveller. the bath/shower ran out of hot water

The room was really nice, comfortable, good breakfasts.

In the swimming pool area there is not any sunbeds, only two chairs and a swing. That is not very comfortable if you would like to have chill time on the pool.

Lot to love here! Spacious apartment with big windows and balcony, cleans modern, elevator so you don’t need to climb, safe location as you are right next to the ministry of defense, 5min walk from train street and 15min from most of the old quarter, and Binh was very helpful, even assisting me in booking a tour after I had left Zody House

Very clean rooms, pool was clean too.

Reception Staff said there was no shower gel which is odd because they had shampoo and a tiny hand soap. Breakfast buffet is hit or miss, small selection but good enough if you just want something quick before heading out.

Aircon temp can not be changed to your desire. Inside the room it was hot and as it was winter they cannot change it to cool. They have provided a fan which helped a little.

Helpful staff, front desk and waitress can speak mandarin. Comfortable bed, clean room.

The address and location didn't match. Need to go in the alley and look for the building at the corner. Breakfast varieties quite less but sufficient for a simple meal before head out to Hanoi.

Everything was like on the picture. Clean swimming pool. Good breakfast. Fruit, vegetables, eggs, noodles. Nice receptionist. Speak good English. The receptionist booked a taxi for us to the airport. We are really happy.
