The premium double room was much better than tbe earlier double bed allotted.Breakfast was very good.Staff very helpful n gracious.Linen spotless and good feel.

Location too far from centre AC wasn't functioning well . The pillows were too bulky n I got a neck sprain.

Comfortable hotel. The staff are very nice, also the staff at breakfast. We arrived very early in the morning with a night train and were offered to join breakfast, this is great service. The absolute highlight of our stay was the pho at breakfast. Hanoi is amazing, and now if we visit Hanoi again, the delicious pho soup at this hotel will be one of the reasons!

In the corner rooms, there is noise from the street outside, but it's still possible to sleep. Location is more quiet than the old quarter, but plenty of beautiful old French buildings around. Most restaurants nearby were a disappointment, so for food it's best to walk a bit further.

The room was very spacious and, overall, very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful, assisting us with all our questions and even booking a tour. The hotel is a bit older, but that wasn’t an issue for us. It’s located in a nice area, with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Though the area around the hotel is nice, it was a bit far from the city center. I had higher expectations for the breakfast—there weren’t many plant-based options (which is often a challenge and not unique to this hotel). Still, since Hanoi has so many amazing vegan options, I thought it would be easier to find more variety, even just in terms of fruits, bread, and spreads.

Where to start, I had an extraordinary stay thanks to the welcome, the kindness and the cleanliness of this hotel. Ms Nhung, Mr Kien and Mr Thuc took great care of me for this solo stay on the occasion of my birthday. The breakfast is plentiful. The staff agreed to keep my suitcases in a secure room for several days free of charge. I fell ill, the staff did what was necessary to assist me and help me get better. They responded to each of my wishes as soon as they had the opportunity. Pleasantly surprised that was granted to me. I will definitely come back. The hotel is not in the old quarter of Hanoi (and so much better) some activity organizations may refuse to pick you up but insist on the fact that it is only 10 minutes from the pick-up point, they will make the effort regardless.

Absolutely perfect

Amazing breakfast, large comfy room. Staff were very accommodating, to the point that I mistakenly booked the wrong night and they were very gracious about it. I didn’t have to pay for my mistake and they welcomed us the next day. We would have stayed much longer but they were fully booked, and we can see why!

Our room faces the street, so we heard some traffic noise. It died down overnight, and as a sensitive sleeper I used earplugs and didn’t hear anything.

Staff was AMAZING! ❤️ Very friendly and were always excited to see me which made me feel comfort. Also they were very helpful with my questions.via whatsapp. Breakfast was great, quite a few options to chose from. Big rooms with bathtubs and renovated toilets. Nearby park for a stroll.

The only downside is that usually it is outside by 100 m from the pick up area for tours.

The hotel is located in a nice place with lots of famous eating places around. All the main attractions are quite nearby, its very easy to get a grab here even during off hours. The hotel staff is courteous and helped us with a lot of recommendations. Rooms are big and have windows which is a plus. Dont get their lowest category rooms, they dont have windows and are very stuffed. There's not a lot of difference between their normal rooms and suite in terms of price. The suite is muchhh better!

Mattress and pillows could have been better. Mattress was very hard and pillows were huge.

Good spacious room clean bathroom good courteous staff. Food was good but can be more extensive especially for vegetarians as my Wife is a vegetarian.

Language is a big issue as they know very less English... thanks to Google translate...Kitchen is not working in the night for dinner ...no extra amenities like hobby room or recreation center ... no cutlery kept in room .. no door mat outside or inside the bathroom

Stayed on floor 8(?). Room was perfectly suited for a traveler in mind: working desk area; kitchen (micro, fridge, stovetop, some dishes); larger bathroom with heated seat and bedet; wood floors; and a very comfortable bed with a fluffy white comforter and linens. Lots of surface space available as well as connection points. Very good lighting in all rooms. AC fully functional. The real super stars are Thao (guest services agent) and Thu (hotel porter). Both of whom assisted me multiple times and with a smile, patience, understanding, kindness and a desire to ensure I had the best experience at Nesta. The location is off the main road so great access to shops, restaurants, and street vendors situated nearby. The venue looks to be well maintained.

My stay was limited to one night. I changed from a carpeted room to a non-carpeted room due to medical reasons. Not a fan of carpet.

The 1 bedroom apartment was exceptionally the best part. It was very spacious, clean and neat. Our apartment was located on the 9th floor so it had some great views to offer from our apartment.

Under the room facilities, it was listed that our apartment is equipped with a tumble dryer, which was not the case. The apartment does not contain any washing machine or tumble dryer. The hotel has a laundry service which is obviously charged.
