nice big room, comfy bed and hot shower. location was good too.

the hallway had a bit of a mouldy smell but luckily it wasn’t in the room.

The bed was very comfortable and soft. The room was very clean and staff was helpful.

There is construction on a new building just outside of the balcony. We got woken up at 6am because of how loud it was.

kind of ok, it has everything you need

1) the pictures looks awesome on booking, but the reality is terrible. i have been to many hotels, and i would not rate this as 3 star. the paint was haning off the wall in our room (dark blue one). it looks really terrible. simle solution would be to paint the room. the reception paint needs the same care. 2) water was very low pressure, if you are a girl and want to shower your hair, it extremely hard. Like this i cant give good review, because the expectation from the photos does not meet reality.

the room itself was fine, we thought the bed was comfortable and it had a hot shower and functioning toilet as well as a fridge and snacks that could be purchased. we didn’t have too much communication with the staff, they were helpful at letting us store our bags until we left. we did get house keeping done which we wasn’t expecting so that was nice. the price was reasonable but could’ve been better considering the location.

the lobby/hallway was run down and need to be cleaner and refurbished, very dirty & worn carpets, plus rubbish left on stairs landing. no elevator with steep stairs. we thought staying further out of the old quarter it would be quieter, but unfortunately there was a construction site right next to the hotel which started early morning til late afternoon/early evening. plus karaoke bar nearby that would finish around 10pm on some evenings. it needed better cleaning and improvements needed, plus some areas of the hotel had an unpleasant smell.

This place is old and smells like an abandon fridge. The balcony is not even close to the pictures. It’s too dusty and has no chairs or tables. So if you’re thinking about booking this place for the balcony, you’ll be disappointed. The stairs are covered in a ripped old carpet which is so disgusting. But it’s not the worst part yet. This place is close to a construction site so we could barely sleep at night due to the noise. Not mention the fact that the laundry room where they wash the sheets is dirty as well. With this price, you can find much better places in HN

In right hands this hotel & building itself has a huge potential to be a great hotel, but nobody cares. Very dirty rooms, mold all over the walls, not very safe - our room was tried twice. The building in front of the hotel starts at 6am even on weekends. Terrible hall and reception, staff does not speak English. From the blankets - only a duvet. We asked for another blanket, because the air conditioner was very strong - stuff brought a similar, thin blanket. No elevator, paint is falling off the walls, toilet smells of sewer, balcony all dusty. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed at and was happy to leave.
