I am travelling with two friends who are a couple. I told the staff that i'd pay some extra if they prepare their room as seen on the pictures. They did id really well, there were even two glasses of red wine on the bed. My room was the same but without any decoration (I told them that it's not needed as I'm alone). The bathtub/whirlpool is really nice 😊 There are quite a lot of different possibilities for the lightning, and they are "warm" lights (not bad quality, way too bright LED like in many other places). @Staff / Owner: you should put another picture of the bathtub on Booking. When i looked at the pictures before booking the two rooms, I wasn't entirely sure if there really is à whirlpool.

Air conditioning didn't work very well.

Very very good hotel! The staff is very friendly, polite and kind. Cleaning was done on time and thoroughly. The rooms are in perfect order. Beautiful interior and rooms! All issues are resolved instantly. I recommend this hotel to everyone! I have very good impressions of the Vietnamese! Thanks everyone for a great time!

The bed was comfortable pillows too. The staff were my fave so accomodating always happy and cheerful.

There is stairs but they have someone take up your luggage for you. The hot water does nt last long we didnt mind as we are used to conserving energy and water.

Very modern and comfortable with great spa bath if you wish, nice big TV with Netflix, look there is no breakfast but it is a great area with loads of fantastic cheap eaterys close by, cheap as Banh mi which is a great breakfast staple. Nice lake at the end of the street with great coffee shops on the opposite side. Great to support the local venues and get away from the touristy hot spots. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and can't believe it isn't at least 4 stars.

It is a little away from the main area but if you don't mind riding a scooter and really getting lost in the city and realising how much that has to offer or catching a grab taxi it is really worth while. If you stay right in the main area you don't get the full experience of Hanoi.

I liked each and every bit of my Stay. Enjoyed a lot good stay added extra peace and happiness to our trip. Good work by hotel in maintaining cleanliness.

What I like an about was the service, they let us in earlier than standard check in time even for free And we really appreciate that a lot since my husband was not feeling well .

The facilities are great, everything looks so new and clean, the design is very nice. Pleasant and friendly staff.

The linen are a bit worn out, probably a good idea to replace them.

Clean rooms and a very convenient location.

Sound proofing was very poor. There is a very weird door in the bathroom that connects to the bathroom below the room.
