Breakfast was great. Staff and services were professional and friendly. Good cost performance considering the location that's not too close to hectic areas, across a newer park, walkable, and Grab easily recognizes the hotel. Pool was nice too.

Not that I didn't like, but I wished the gym had newer equipments. Spa also can use a really cold water bath to be paired with the sauna. Also the room had a slight scent of old carpet that can use a cleaning or conversion to hardwood floor.

The hotel had a very French appeal. It was lovely and in a great location. It was nice being away from the busy old city. We enjoyed our stay.

The things that I didnt like are not such a major concern, however I will name what I thought could be improved upon. The bar, the bar staff were a little rude, (language barrier was a concern), there was not a lot of menu items in terms of drinks or wine to choose from. I found it very excessive that you had to purchase a whole bottle of prosecco in order to have a glass. Our room was lovely, however it was starting to look a little dated and the showers were not that clean. Could do with a really good rejuvenation of the showers.

The hotel had great facilities. The staff were great and very accommodating. The restaurant was amazing. The rooms were very spacious.

Not much. Only comment would be that the rooms are a little outdated but still very comfortable.

The staff was exceptional. They were incredibly attentive to me and my requests. They helped me plan and reserve several tours, responded to my vegetarian needs, and were always pleasant to chat with. The location was away from the bustling cross of the Old Quarter, but an easy walk or taxi to the heart of it. There is a major park with a lake right across the street that I went for a walk or run to start every day (one loop = 1.4 miles). The room was very large, very quiet, had a shower/bathtub, and had a nice table for working. Room service was prompt. Room was cleaned every day. Laundry service was prompt.

They are working to improve their vegetarian options in the restaurant.

Good location, helpful staff, and a relaxing spa. This hotel provides everything you need for a comfortable stay in Hanoi. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, offering plenty of space and a decent level of comfort. It’s a solid choice for a pleasant visit to the city.

Slightly overpriced.

Location all needs, staff friendly and helpful, food, amenities pool spa and saunas. Being solo traveler was made to fell comfortable.

I can not think of a thing

The lobby and restaurants are welcoming. There is a wonderful atmosphere in the common spaces. The reception staff is professional.

The hotel rooms are carpeted which might need a modern update.

This is the second time we visit this japanese hotel. The cuisine is 5 stars!! Best buffet breakfast we’ve ever had, with a lot of japanese food.

I would expect from a 5 star hotel that they update the opening hours of their facicilties on booking. the pool was closed at my stay. would be nice to know before I booked.

The rooms and bathroom are big enough. The hotel reception is large with several lifts. It seems to be a very quiet hotel with little noise despite the size of it. The access road in front of the hotel is useful for drop-off/collection as Hanoi is a very busy city and normally you are on the road in front of the hotel in traffic. The Japanese toilet.

The hotel is clearly ageing and could do with being redecorated.
