Really nice hotel, about 15 minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, and 25 minutes from the old town. Rooms are clean and the hotel staff were very helpful. A special mention to Ms Uyen and Mr Phuong, for looking after me. This hotel is ideally situated if you want to avoid some of the worst chaos of Hanoi's traffic. There's also a beautiful park 5 minutes walk away (turn left out of reception and it's in front of you).

Note to the manager, there's a tall young guy, on reception, who seems a bit too keen on collecting money on arrival. This is not what I want to hear after a long journey. My booking was already secured by credit card, through booking.com. . Please have a word with this guy

We stayed for 9 nights with a short break to have a short boat cruise. We had a very nice time in the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff! The room was comfortable, clean and large!! The bed is like most beds in South East Asia, a little hard for some people. We did not book breakfasts, so I can’t say anything about it. The location is good because you are not far from any of the attractions if you use taxis or Grab. The parks are nice to visit in the evenings. We enjoyed our stay , really appreciated that we could leave our suitcases at the hotel during our boat trip for 3 days. Thanks again for that. We would stay again.

Location was so convenient to get to usual spots. The lake in front made the place very relaxing for a nice jog. The room looked old but it’s what I loved because it gave off a colonial charm. I was there for training and their conference room was perfect for it. The food for breakfast and lunch was also SO good and healthy!

Only one elevator was working so it took a very long time for guests and staff to get to the floors.

The staff was always very kind and helpful. The bedroom is very wide, the bathroom too. A lot of space to move, and the bed was also very big. Having a restaurant available was really convenient. The room was cleaned everyday.

Not easy to sleep with the air conditioner located just over one bed, with the cold and the noise. The dark room because of the window facing an opposing wall 2 meters away.

Bathroom: The bathrooms at the Adonis Hotel are a fusion of elegance and practicality. They are spotlessly clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. Not only did the staff find it, but they also went out of their way to ensure it was safely returned to me. My recent stay at the Adonis Hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam, was not only delightful but also highlighted the exceptional integrity and service of the staff.

The location is good considering the accessibility of the old town. Spacious rooms and bathrooms - although this can feel almost empty and uncomfortable.

They only offered 6 beds for 7 people and had no intention of adding the extra bed needed, very poor communication. Smell of cigarette smoke in non-smoking room. Noisy - air conditioning, elevator and traffic under the windows. One day there was no hot water.

• Location: close enough to the old quarter but not close enough to feel the hectic environment. • Close to coffee shops, which is true for most of Ha Noi. The train tracks is also pretty close as well as the famous Obama restaurant. • The lobby was bright and inviting, there’s some crack on the tiles but that’s fine. • The lady who helped me was fantastic. Very accommodating and attentive. When we didn’t understand each other the first time, she called me up later on to clarify what she meant. Her great service was definitely appreciated!!

The only complaint I have is that one of the cabinet door in my room shuts really slowly and makes a creepy noise. But that’s just me being a silly scaredy goose!

Great location - just by the large Reunion Park yet only 1km south of Hoan Kiem Lake. Good restaurants and excellent local food nearby. Efficient, friendly and very helpful staff who helped arrange some great outings.

Ideal location in a less crowded Hanoi. Surrounded by great restaurants. Walkable distance to downtown - and when lazy just order a GRAB scooter! Very comfortable bedroom. Staff was very nice. Good breakfast option.

So spacious and they upgraded us to their executive suite room.

We wanted to use the bathtub but the hot water won’t be even enough to take a shower to wash my hair. And the staff didn’t speak good English to understand us.
