Spacious room. Easy check-in and out. Very nice host which has an office on the upper floor and is available for questions during the office hours. Super clean. Comfortable bed. Well equiped kitchen. Mini market, old town and restaurants in walking distance or just a 30,000 VND Grab away. The construction works that everybody writes about didn't take place during our stay. There were just two mornings in which you could hear something going on for like 10 minutes.

Just a recommendation: A laundry hanger would be nice as we had some clothes we didn't want to put in the dryer.

I really enjoyed my stay at Livie. The staff was friendly and helpful, always responding very quickly to any questions via messaging apps and resolving issues promptly. The hotel has a convenient check-in process that doesn’t take much time. The room turned out to be very bright, spacious, clean, and in reality, it fully matched the photos. The apartment also had everything needed for a comfortable stay (a workspace, a fully equipped kitchen, etc.). The hotel’s location was also very convenient—it only takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. If I come back to Hanoi, I will definitely stay here again. These are definitely some of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in. By the way, we stayed here for three weeks.

Good location, walking distance to the center. The apartment was very spacious and included all facilities needed for a long stay. The weekly cleaning was great and the host was super responsive, they replied to all our queries promptly at any time of the day and late evening too.

We faced some issues with noises coming from a construction site adjacent to the property (which we were not made aware of), a water outage for a couple of days and also with the WiFi disconnecting intermittently. The host reassured us throughout our stay and made sure all concerns were raised and taken care of. The water was restored, the construction noises eventually stopped and the WiFi issue was resolved.

Large room that had more of a hotel feel than an apartment. Beds were comfortable as was the bathroom. Nice neighborhood, only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown and plenty of restaurants around.

Limited stock of nearly everything. Only two large towels but no hand towels. No kitchen towel or paper towels for drying dishes. Only 2 small cups, 2 glasses and 2 sets of cutlery, so you need to clean dishes frequently, which is annoying. Drying cabinet and other kitchen cabinets did not look very clean. There was dust on electrical outlets. No dry rack for clothes you don’t want in a dryer.

Loved my stay here. The rooms are so clean and spacious, comfy bed and pillows, hot water with good pressure, cleaned regularly. Staff are also really good at virtual communication which I appreciated

Sometimes the door wouldn't unlock despite showing the green unlock symbol which was a tad frustrating on occasion, would also have loved a drying rack as I had to improv and use coat hangers around

Central location, fully furnished with everything you need during the stay. Easy self check in/out and friendly staff. Nice rooftop place also

The window view is completely blocked on the second floor (room 201). Besides, the smell from the sewage in the bathroom is sometimes quite strong.

Livie Hanoi was the perfect place to stay! It had a peaceful and homey atmosphere while offering the comfort and quality of a top-tier hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, right in the city, making it easy to explore Hanoi while still having a quiet retreat to come back to. The space was beautifully designed, spotless, and well-equipped, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Hanoi!

The room we stayed in did not have a window, it wasn’t a huge issue for us but would’ve preferred to know about it before we checked in. The room is also above a speaker that was really loud from 6am for an hour with advertisements one of the days we stayed

The location of the apartment is perfect – situated on a quiet street, it provides a peaceful retreat while still being within walking distance to all the bustling areas. The photos looked like the actual room. After you check in, you don't see the staff as it's an apartment but whatever I needed I just whatsapped the hostest and she was quick to help. My whole family booked 4 rooms for 6 days and it was in the perfect location. My family who live in Vietnam used to live across the road so it brought back alot of memories from when my grandpatents were still alive. It is above a dentist but don't let that put off. Would stay here again.
