Quiet and comfortable ! I chose this place due to reports of it being relatively (for Hanoi) quiet and it delivered (even the aircon had a quiet mode) Comfortable mattress and great pillows. Super helpful / friendly staff who spoke English - always happy to help. On site free laundry. International standard 4* rooms with everything you could want. The location is outside of the super busy bits of the old town - but a short grab ride away. Would happily stay again

Very difficult to use the shower, which is in the bath, without getting the bathroom floor very wet. The japanese loo is great - but a bit too big for the small bathroom

My stay at this hotel in Hanoi was absolutely wonderful! The hotel itself is very nice, clean, comfortable rooms with great internet access and excellent facilities. The staff truly made the experience exceptional, especially Bruce, who went above and beyond to help me. He took so much time to explain what to see in the city and even arranged a safe and affordable ride back to the airport. Honestly, the help and kindness from the staff was not something you see every day! While the hotel is a bit further from the main Old Quarter, the location is actually great if you’re planning to do some shopping, as many shops are just south of the hotel. It’s a peaceful spot with easy access to everything. There’s also a lovely bakery right next door where you can grab breakfast if it’s not included. I would definitely stay here again!

If I had to mention anything, it would only be that it’s slightly outside the Old Quarter, but honestly, that ended up being a plus for me. Everything else was even better than expected!

Everything! Great sleek decor, clean nice room and wonderful breakfast buffet. Really, no fault to report. I was particularly impressed by their staffs. They were all extremely helpful, without exception. I checked in very early (6am), and I needed to leave my luggage for a whole day on the checkout, and they offered that I could use the pool and shower area on both occasions. Very kind and considerate. Their communication was also excellent, proactive in contacting me via WhatsApp when needed. All of them spoke excellent English and extremely courteous.

Nothing. One thing to mention to the future guests are that the hotel is a little out of the way from the old town. It’s in a wealthy area and I liked being out of the crowds, but those who prefer the hustle and bustle might need to make more. The hotel to the edge of old town (near the lake) takes rightly 30-45mins by foot, so I’d use Grab / Grab bikes.

I will be evaluating the hotel in comparison to other 4-star hotels. Its greatest asset is the polite and helpful staff. The reception was always ready to assist us; we were granted a late check-out, and the staff at the front desk were always smiling. We appreciated the complimentary laundry service. The spa and relaxation area was also good, although the saunas were not quite warm enough. We chose a standard room. While I understand that there are different room categories, in a 4-star hotel, a view of a wall should not really be an option. The weakest point of the hotel was the breakfast, which, for us Europeans, was below average. We’ve been traveling for a month, and out of all the places we’ve stayed, this hotel’s breakfast was by far the weakest. My suggestion for the gym is to remove the unnecessary sofa and replace it with something practical for working out—the gym is poorly equipped. In summary: The service at this hotel was at a 4-star level, the breakfast at a guest house level, and the room no more than 3 stars.

All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very modern with comfortable beds and very clean. The spa, gym and yoga room were great. We enjoyed excellent cocktails in the bar at happy hour. The location of the hotel is very central so perfect for exploring the city but was not noisy inside. We were impressed with the aftercare too as the hotel found a small item I had left in the room and texted asking if I needed it returning.

The only thing was the pillows were too soft and squashy but guessing if we’d bothered to ask they would have sorted out firmer ones for us.

In addition to meeting all my expectations like cleaniness, modern and .... having a free self-service laundry was great for me. The most unique part of my experience was the amazing staff, cooperative, polite, and sincere. I felt myself home, and I would like to thank them here by their names : Dwayne, Anthony, Alex, Kin, Hazel, I really appreciate your efforts, and this community is lucky to have you. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone without any doubt. Just if they can improve their breakfast, then it's the perfect place to stay.

Our stay was absolutely magnificent, the hotel is situated in a quiet part of Hanoi. If you need a break from all the hustle and bustle this is a great place to stay. The beds were super comfortable and the room was immaculate. The staff are absolutely lovely and so helpful especially Andrew, Hazel and Mike. I left some belongings there and they contacted me to get those back to me. If you're looking for somewhere to switch off your brain and just enjoy then definitely come here! The sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool were great and we had the place to ourselves. Marvelous.

The place was very clean. The room was cleaned to an excellent standard each day. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly. Bed was super comfy. The laundry was such a great thing to have access to as a backpacker. We loved it! Gym was nice too. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for comfort in Hanoi.

We had a “king superior balcony room” and the “balcony” was about 2 foot wide with lots of air conditioners and a services door on it. It was not a balcony at all. We could barely get out on to it, it was that tight. Pool was very smelly. I don’t think they treat the water at all.

The breakfast was sensational with a wide variety of foods to choose from. The food was always beautifully presented and was replenished regularly. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the pool and gym area was well maintained. The free washing machine and dryer was a great addition but it was in high demand.

The showers were over the bathtubs in the bathroom and water collected on the edge of the bathtub and would flood over the side onto the floor. The location was slightly out of the main tourist area but was within a walkable distance or a cheap Grab fare. There needed to be more washing machines and dryers as it was very difficult to find them available for use as there were only 2 of each and they were always already in use and in high demand,

I have what I need in the room, particularly iron and ironing board. What is missing is a digital safe in the room. There is also a bathtub. The toilet is automatic. The coffee is nice. I just wish the hotel would also provide creamer. The staff are very friendly and helpful. In particular, I would like to mention a front desk staff - Alice, who shows initiative to help us find places where we wanted to go. I also like the precheck in prechrckout email. I would certainly choose this hotel for my regular visit to Hanoi in the future.
