Host is helpful and considerate. TV was not working but he came and changed it with a good one immediately. A coffee table and 2 chairs were provided when asked for, but the room is small. It is okay to stay with the money you pay for.

Bathroom is very small and the shower is right in front of the toilet, quite different from the photos. No balcony, no terrace, no kitchenware, no washing machine, no seating area as shown in the room description.

On the positive side: - the location was good, in the centre of the city; - the first room was not what I paid for but it was changed at my request; - a TV, a rack for hanging clothes, a table with two chairs, the fridge and the kitchenette in the room added to the comfort of my stay; - the staff were polite and willing to help; - one could not only message but also actually meet in person the members of the staff every day; - there was the possibility to wash clothes in the washing machine on the upper floor, though one was expected to buy the washing powder; - there was a lovely cafe on the ground floor with reliable WiFi.

On negative side: - The free WiFi was surprisingly unstable during my stay. - There was a constant unpleasant smell in the shower room. - The necessity to buy the whole pack of washing powder for a couple of washes during a short stay was a not well thought demand from the property. In many other properties they give it for free.

Excellent service. Thanks Leo and Ray, you did our stay at the apartment smooth and welcomed, always were in touch. Location is perfect, walking distance to the old quarter , lots of restaurants, park nearby . Room was on 6th floor, quiet despite on the busy intersection next to the building. Everything is new, clean, bed is comfortable, AC is cooling well. Small kitchen with a cooker and kitchenware available . We found even dental kit there . The walls are thin but all the neighbors are calm. Super friendly security downstairs.

Was surprised when saw the construction works on the first floor. But there is nothing to worry about.

I love the cafe downstairs, the Sakura tea was amazing. The location is very nice, less than 20 minutes walk from most places that I wanted to visit. I liked the 🚿 shower, water heats up quickly and last a long time even after switching it off. There is a circle K shop just around the corner. ATMs are close by and secure. A Smoothie shop just across the street. It was a nice stay overall. Thank you!

It's negative soundproof, the neighbors were super noisy late at night (10-12) and early morning (2-4 am),but take into account, I am a light sleeper, so maybe it won't bother someone else. The bed was a bit hard, more pillows would have been nice because I have a knee injury, it needs to be elevated.

Everything was fine and looked like in the pictures. There were bowls, chopsticks and a big fridge in our apartment (6th floor). Communication with the owner was very easy via WhatsApp and he provided a lot of information for activities and food etc. CheckIn was a little bit confusing because you get your roomcard from the Security Guard in front of the building (he was very kind and communicated well with Google Translate).

Walls arent very soundproof, you can hear your neighbors on the hallway. Its no problem if they are quiet, which was the case during our stay.

Luxury Apartments above bakery. Daily limit from ATM was really low but I can pay with them by card 🙂 Good location next to the city center. Building is open 24/h even if the entry goes threw bakery&sweets shop for Hanoi young elite/tiktokers meeting point. Guard stays all night. New building with potential!

It was App to contact if you need something (never used, just once asked HK ladies directly to change towels during my stay). As Luxury apartments should provide new offer on demand: "second service" - extra cleaning during your stay at will get much more higher points.

I have been coming to this place on and off for years, so I think the security people know me now and are always friendly and helpful. There is an excellent Bia Hoi/food place a few doors up and a 24-hour supermarket with lovely staff.

They seem to be redeveloping that part of town, so walking to the hotel from the station is a no-no unless you know the route; make sure you get a taxi.

The property staff were extremely helpful, there was a mistake with an overcharge on my card, and they fixed it by giving me an extra night stay which was perfect. The location is perfect for any tourists who want to check out old quarter but also get away from all the bustle during the evening. It is near a quieter section of hoàn kiếm! 10/10

Only thing is the shower is in an odd position and sprays on the floor so the entire bathroom is wet but it’s usual in Viet Nam so I understand!

I booked this place very last minute due to a systemic error from my company, but everything was fine, helpful staffs, clean room and comfortable bed. Since I only needed it for roughly 7 hours and given that the price is reasonable, I believe this place is ok for you to consider if you on budget and rarely at your room. It is surrounded by a lot of good coffee shops, dining, convenient stores (24/7).

Only minor is that my 'neighbors' are pretty loud at night and the room is not really sound-proof. But that's ok.

Good location, close to everything. The staff was super helpful and always available to answer any questions. Room was great and the hotel is just above a very cute coffee shop. Washing machines were available for everyone, very useful !

My room was facing the street and there was no soundproofing. I don’t have sleeping problems so not a big deal for me but maybe difficult if you do :)
