Very clean, perfect air conditioning, a lot of hot water. A lot of space and storage. Quiet location, which was really nice. We thought it would be closer to old quarter, but it was a 20-25 min walk. And it was outside of all the pickup areas offered by tours, so keep that in mind. On a more “negative” side, the staff was 100% non existent. Never once in 4 days did we see them (we did get a room clean on the third day though). But there is no reception and if you want recommendations on places to go, to eat or if you want help to book activities, well you’re on your own a little. Seeing as Hanoi is such a central hub and booking things is rather easy from here, it didn’t bother us too much, but still, to keep in mind. Lastly, everything was super clean, shower too, but there was quite a bit of mold on one side of the shower.

Walkable location, easy instructions to access the building, very responsive host. The apartment itself was spacious, kitchen was stocked with dishes and items to cook with. Nice to have the smart TV! Balcony was lovely but unfortunately not very accessible for us because of exterior painting of the building.

Some ants in the kitchen - keep food items in the fridge to be safe. Property only takes cash and isn't staffed 24/7. This meant a lot of back and forth to pay for our stay.

After being scammed several times by other hoteliers in Hanoi, I finally found the perfect place. Beautiful and clean apartment with a luxurious balcony, very quiet at night (very important for Hanoi), luxurious comfortable bed and pillows. The area is especially worth mentioning - close to the old quarter, but in a unique place where you can feel like a real Hanoi resident for a few days. Lots of exquisite coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance.

I had the best stay in this studio in Hanoi, and extended my stay at this property. It’s a new accommodation and everything was in excellent condition. Very clean, quiet, the shower was perfect and the bedding is great! The owners are flexible and you can pay by cash and card.

It’s a bit tricky with self check in. And especially check out, DO get in contact with the owners about the rolling door. Especially if you check out early!!!

Lucky find. There were few reviews and mostly from locals, but in fact it turned out better than expected. There was excellent wifi and new furniture. It's also very quiet place for a noisy city.

The location is just a 15min walk from the old quarters but it's a quieter and perfect to escape the touristy ambience. The room is spacious, clean and modern. There is a big table if you need to work on your laptop. The bed is super comfortable and the room is quiet.

Wifi connection was a bit spotty. You can hear the elevator everytime time it stops because it emits a bell sound. It didn't annoyed me but I thought it was totally unnecessary.

The location is great, close to the touristic areas but quieter and with more of a local vibe. Communication with the owner was really good, the instructions to get in might seem complicated but it’s actually super easy to follow because it includes pictures. The apartment is exactly like the pictures, simple decoration and neat.

If you like escape rooms you will love this place. Getting out of the building out of hours when the shutters are down is hilariously complicated. It involves lock boxes, a remote, a padlock, multiple floors and a silk storage room. The owner does however provide very detailed instructions along with photos.

Great apartment: big enough for 2 people, clean, comfortable. The Wi-Fi works. The location is great—not in the very center, but within walkable distance and much quieter than in the Old Quarter. The staff is very nice and helpful. They recommended us great places to eat and let us store our luggage in the hotel after we checked out.

Best value of our trip. Nice little place to use as a base in a quieter area but full of coffee shops. For us, better than staying in the old quarter. We liked walking. Staff super easy to communicate with through WhatsApp and easy self check in
