The host was probably the kindest hotel owner we have met so far in our lives. She really did everything she could to make our stay exceptional. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the hotel is very close to the airport (10 minutes hotel airport shuttle). WiFi is relatively fast and stable for Vietnam. Free drinking and mineral water throughout the stay. Breakfast is basic but nutritious. Very good communication both prior and during our stay. Very fast and kind responses at all times. There is literally nothing to complain about or dislike. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a personal, lovely, local service and place to stay close to the airport.

The staff were incredibly accommodating. My flight landed at 2am and they arranged for a driver to collect me from the airport, and arrived to the hotel with a staff member snoozing in the lobby awaiting my arrival. Due to my late arrival they gave me freedom to choose when to check out the following day and cooked me breakfast outside of the alloted breakfast time frame. They arranged my taxi to the airport and when I realised I had left a small personal item in the car they arranged for the driver to return it to my hostel. 10/10

The only thing to note is that my room wasn't the quietest, I think due to being at the front of the building. But you're staying at a hotel near the airport, some noise is to be expected.

Huong ( Host/Reception) was very friendly, even greeted us as we got out the taxis when we arrived! Took our bags to our room, check in was easy and she was really helpful with everything!😊 Organised our taxi to the airport ( cheap! ) Her communication was really good before and after we arrived ( just remember your Google translator to aid in communication when you are there ) Room is very spacious, air-conditioned, tv ( didn't use it ), good wifi, fridge, cupboard, comfortable bed, kettle , private bathroom with all basic amenities you may need, nice to have a hot shower. Room was immaculate and clean. Our price included breakfast-egg, toast, butter, banana and coffee or juice served in the dining area a decent meal! Huong Helped us get food and offered to order us something to eat when we arrived. There are a few restaurants near by to eat-Huongs recommendation( just be prepared for simple yet delicious Pho or some other vietnamese specialties.) Considering the location it was quiet for us. I also liked the swipe card door lock-feels a bit safer in my opinion. It is very close to the airport, just make sure the taxi driver gets the right address. I would highly recommend stating here. It is affordable, clean, friendly service and very convenient! Thank you for a nice stay!

Nothing really, just keep in mind it is a family hotel so you'll see the family from time to time ( only in the reception) but that didn't bother us😊

Huong the hotel owner is super friendly, welcoming and helpful. She helps us with transports to other cities in Vietnam too. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel as the room was big, clean and comfortable. Although we got rooms in floor 3 and 4 but there's help with our luggage so not a problem at all. The location is only 10 minutes from airport so it's very convinience for us who has an early morning flight. Breakfast was simple but Huong tried to accomodate everyone.

Really welcoming and lovely staff especially Huong, she took my friends bag all the way up to the top floor for us and her English was great!! Thank you Huong❤️ The bed was very comfortable and very strong A/C came in handy with it being so hot at the moment. Breakfast that came with was a nice little extra, fridge kept our drinks very cold and powerful shower unlike other places! Near to airport which was very handy.

Huong and her father were very welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. They picked us up from our flight at 2am and made us the most delicious breakfast at 9am. They organised for us to get to Hanoi for lunch and got a driver to take us to the middle of no where to meet our transfer. I would recommend La Tiesu Hotel to anyone who needs to stay in Hanoi, accessible to the airport, for a good price and to be well looked after. We love you Huong! 😊🌈💕

Nearby the airport. Only 10 min if the driver knows the way. The hotel is extually little old school as we Europeans are used to.( This is absolute more Location wise) but very, very, nice compared with the price. The Room was max big. 2 max beds and I was only by myself. They can pick you up from the airport what I understand. The lady speaks English and is max helpful. I only stayed 1 night to catch the minibus to Sapa. Budget wise the hotel is a max good choice. The problem is that taxi/minibus drivers find it hard to locate. But 5 mtr next to the hotel you can eat Pho soup, coffee and wait for your transport. Loved it.

1 thing, you are nearby a motor way, and absolute no view. I stayed first floor. When I opened the window you hear traffic passing. But, close the windows there is no noise. The bed is max good. The airco works also max.

Another 10/10 giving for a stay in Vietnam. The owner made an amazing job for this place, and always willing to help the guests, with his poor english. The location, as the name says, it's close to airport, where you can reach it for several thousand dongs. Rooms were big (good for 3 people to open their luggage and packed), clean and the minibar extremly cheap. And if you are hungry, you will find a lot of restaurants and stalls close to the hotel

Only "bad" thing, it's tricky to find the place, and if you pass the exit, you will have to add some km more.

This hotel is 4-5 km far from the T1 terminal and is easy to find in the map. Grab will costs around 60k VND in addition with an extra toll fee: 30k VND. This is my last day at Vietnam and I do not have enough cash to pay. The host helped the payment and called a taxi to send me to airport in the second day, which made my flight go well. The room that I ordered is sold out. So she upgraded my room freely. The room is clean and even have 2 air conditioners! The husband made a breakfast with vietnamese black coffee to me.

It will be better if the breakfast is vietnamese Pho. XD
