Staff very friendly and helpful. Room we had was large, comfortable and clean. Plenty of options for places to eat nearby. Also a lovely park to wander in.. Staffvery helpful contacting our next hotel and finding me a dentist.

We had arranged a transfer from the airport which didn't turn up! Luckily we've been to Hanoi before so weren't too fazed by this but it could have been very stressful and expensive! Didn't really get zn an apology or explanation. The breakfast was not the standard we have come to expect in Vietnam as the choice was limited.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The rooms are beautifully designed, offering both comfort and elegance. The staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel’s décor is stunning, and every detail feels thoughtfully curated. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and we loved that the hotel takes an eco-friendly approach. It was the perfect place for a peaceful and restful stay.

This place completely exceeded all my expectations - every aspect of the hotel is perfect. It is beautiful and hospitable in every way. The food is good, and the rooms are extremely comfortable, clean, and quite lovely. You are right in the heart of the city so you can feel the excitement just by stepping outside. But when you step back in the hotel, it is this oasis of calm and sophistication.the hotel is so reasonably priced that I was actually worried that it wouldn't be that great, but in actuality, it is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. So do yourself a favor and take advantage of the reasonable prices and enjoy staying here.

Great hotel in a perfect location. The staff here were excellent and very attentive. The hotel manager went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my stay. Everything was great but the standout of this hotel was the breakfast. It was very high quality and the dishes were rotated daily. The room was very modern, comfortable and looked brand new. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Hanoi

We had a really excellent stay at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond for us! When we arrived very early on our first day in Vietnam, they tried to check us in as soon as a room became available. We received the warmest welcome! The staff was just extraordinarily kind. They provided us with many helpful tips and made our stay really enjoyable. Our room was beautiful and the lady looking after our room kept in in pristine condition - very clean and nice. Thank you so much to all the amazing staff at Midori Boutique hotel. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!!!

We began our trip in Hanoi, ended in Danang. During our trip we stayed in 5 hotels, and this one was our absolute favorite. It is ideally situated in the heart of the city, so going out and about both day and night were equally easy and enjoyable. The furnishings and amenities were lovely. Breakfast in the restaurant was the best part of the day. We found the staff to be exceptional. We were always welcomed every time we return to the hotel. All staff were always attentive and cordial. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, and we would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was served from 6-10, so you have a large window to play with. We checked out at 5 on our departure day and the staff packed a lunch for us. The hotel has elegant design touches that allow for a relaxing space.

Some of the 'old building' issues come through: weak water pressure and only a few outlets in each room. The locations is decent, depending on what you like. The hotel is not in a tourist area, so you don't get pestered by touts. This is real Hanoi, which we liked a lot.

From checkin to checkout we were treated not as a guest but as family, staff were friendly & engaged with us with genuine care & interest. Hotel foyer & rooms are uniquely styled with traditional quality furnishings. Room super clean , bed was extremely comfortable and pillow selection perfect. Restaurant prices are reasonably priced & quality of food outstanding & flavoursome.

Our time at Midori Boutique was absolutely wonderful. Every single staff member from reception, to the restaurant, were so courteous, gracious, and attentive. They went above and beyond on multiple occasions, providing us with an experience we would remember and ensured we were constantly delighted. Even the smallest of details we shared about ourselves were met with such thoughtful service and special gestures. This is a space that genuinely cares about their guests and is truly world-class. Rooms were very clean and well maintained and the food options were vast and delicious. Thank you for the hospitality!
