This place completely exceeded all my expectations - every aspect of the hotel is perfect. It is beautiful and hospitable in every way. The food is good, and the rooms are extremely comfortable, clean, and quite lovely. You are right in the heart of the city so you can feel the excitement just by stepping outside. But when you step back in the hotel, it is this oasis of calm and sophistication.the hotel is so reasonably priced that I was actually worried that it wouldn't be that great, but in actuality, it is one of the best hotels I've stayed at. So do yourself a favor and take advantage of the reasonable prices and enjoy staying here.

We had a really excellent stay at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond for us! When we arrived very early on our first day in Vietnam, they tried to check us in as soon as a room became available. We received the warmest welcome! The staff was just extraordinarily kind. They provided us with many helpful tips and made our stay really enjoyable. Our room was beautiful and the lady looking after our room kept in in pristine condition - very clean and nice. Thank you so much to all the amazing staff at Midori Boutique hotel. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!!!

We began our trip in Hanoi, ended in Danang. During our trip we stayed in 5 hotels, and this one was our absolute favorite. It is ideally situated in the heart of the city, so going out and about both day and night were equally easy and enjoyable. The furnishings and amenities were lovely. Breakfast in the restaurant was the best part of the day. We found the staff to be exceptional. We were always welcomed every time we return to the hotel. All staff were always attentive and cordial. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, and we would definitely stay there again.

Our time at Midori Boutique was absolutely wonderful. Every single staff member from reception, to the restaurant, were so courteous, gracious, and attentive. They went above and beyond on multiple occasions, providing us with an experience we would remember and ensured we were constantly delighted. Even the smallest of details we shared about ourselves were met with such thoughtful service and special gestures. This is a space that genuinely cares about their guests and is truly world-class. Rooms were very clean and well maintained and the food options were vast and delicious. Thank you for the hospitality!

Breakfast was served from 6-10, so you have a large window to play with. We checked out at 5 on our departure day and the staff packed a lunch for us. The hotel has elegant design touches that allow for a relaxing space.

Some of the 'old building' issues come through: weak water pressure and only a few outlets in each room. The locations is decent, depending on what you like. The hotel is not in a tourist area, so you don't get pestered by touts. This is real Hanoi, which we liked a lot.

One of the best hotels i’ve stayed at! The hotel was very cozy and felt like a home away from home. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. They were so patient in answering all our questions and even went out of their way to make our stay so memorable and enjoyable. The service everyone provided was absolutely top notch. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious! Will definitely visit Hanoi again just so that I can stay at this hotel. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had

Lovely property, nice chill location but easy walk to the lake. Very friendly and helpful staff, room well equipped and spacious enough. No real window or view but you know that when you book it! Nice breakfast and very helpful at check out.

Was a little noisy at night due to other guests and staff playing music or videos on their phone/tv, this could be improved. Also very loud in the morning when staff seemed to be tidying/cleaning in the corridors around 6am, not awful but should be avoided! But we would stay again!

We stayed at the Midori Boutique for 3 nights. Our experience has been fantastic. The hotel is really well situated for anyone wanting to explore Hanoi. It provides great facilities as a base of operations if you want to split your day into multiple excursions. However the best thing about our stay were the people working at the hotel from the intial booking of our stay, to the greeting on reception right through to our departure they were exceptional. I'd thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone on a city visit to Hanoi.

Absolutely amazing and comfortable stay at Midori Boutique. The staff are welcoming and always wear a smile. They are always to help you and make your stay comfortable. Rooms are big, comfortable and super clean. Bathrooms are clean and sparkling Bed is super comfortable with soft pillow and sleep quality is fantastic. Frankly the hotel, facilities and service is 5 Star. I would say it’s 5 Star stay at 3 star price. Highly recommended as the location is perfect and will definitely come back.

Midori Boutique was such a wonderful place to stay during my family's recent visit to Hanoi. First it is located in a great part of the city - close to everything. The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond to serve. They are welcoming, kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and delicious and the rooms were comfortable, clean and provided my family with great rest. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.
