Location is good, opposite to the exhibition center, 5 mins walking to the train station and nearby coffee and restaurants. Super friendly and helpful staff Hygiene is acceptable considered that the hotel is quite ancient. Breakfast is good and full.

the sound isolation should be improved. Although the hotel seems to be renovated recently, there are some leakage and mold strains in the room.

1. The location is closed to Hanoi Railway Station, it is very convenient for the traffic, eating and having fun. 2. The hotel is very clean and tidy, the staff is friendly. It provides a simple breakfast, the food is delicious.

There is nothing poor here. If you want to find a restaurant or massage shop, you may have to walk a little further, but the distance is reasonable.

I got stuck here because of a visa mishap so a week here seemed like a good option. For the price, it was pretty good. It's not as nice as other places in Hanoi, nor is it near downtown but that is a short taxi ride away and the location was pretty great, being that it's kinda in the center of everything.

The night I got there, I almost couldn't find it because the doorman was asleep on the floor which made things difficult. I also was never able to try the breakfast because it was you series of steps that i couldn't get to in my wheelchair.

Location. Hotel is very close to Hanoi Main Railway station.This is an ideal place to stay overnight and catch the train next day. It is also close to cultural centres, embassies and governments offices. The lady at the reception was very helpful with providing directions to various venues including food outlets.

The room size was small and had difficulty keeping a large suitcase and personal belongings of two people. It is not a complain. Most Hanoi hotels have smaller rooms. Shower is on a bath tub at an elevated level and if the guest has a mobility issues bath room could present safety issues.

The Hotel location is good. The breakfast is okay but not suitable for Asian. The receiption staff are cooperative. This hotel is recommendable. Room is ok for family.

The Hotel is small and getting old. Need more rennovation works.

This hotel was good value for money with excellent buffet breakfast both European and Vietnamese with fruits, hot and cold choices. Room was cleaned daily and the Superior Room with covered Patio was perfect. Perhaps a bit too cold to sit on in December. All Staff were very helpful and friendly. The WiFi in room was excellent! Great stay for 7 nights.

Hotel is Perhaps a bit far 20 mins to walk from to the centre of Hanoi old town and lake for older people. Perhaps more choices of Satelite TV channels would be good for western guests, incl. News eg BBC and CNN

The people Were very cooperative and warm . They helped us a lot in finding our taxis and also food for dinner when the entire city was in lockout due to typhoon

Breakfast offerings can include a fresh or canned juice and egg preparations can be better

This particular room is small for 2 double beds No amenities in Hotel. Limited Vegetarian breakfast options.

Very good location close to the train station and close to the streets were more local people chill and go out. Still very close to the old quarter. The staff was great and very helpful. Bed in the room was super comfy, too.

Even thou we could see that the room was renovated, we could still smell that the room was definitely mouldy. The ac didn't work correctly, so even thou we set it for 16 degrees to have some fresh air, it didn't work and was bloasting hot air.

A decent breakfast, friendly staff, rooms cleaned daily. Thank you.
