-The location was a WOW factor like you can go out the lobby and walk for 1 minute and you reached the station already :) perfect if you’re in a rush and hate the hassle of booking a taxi -the room was so beautiful !! It felt more like a lovely home studio rather than a hotel! Really comfortable and we even got a huge window with the street view ! The bed are the best !!! Everything is clean and works in perfect order ! -there’s Netflix available in the room too! -IT HAS A BIDET OMG I AM SO HAPPY!

-the staff did not even smile and looks tired and look unbothered as if we were nuisance to her -the staff passed us the remote key for the door and did not even bother to explain how to use it (since it’s of a different model) : had to walk all the way back to the counter to ask how -the staff did not even offer to carry our luggages like isn’t that a common courtesy ? -the water from the heater was not so warm

The location is literally right beside Hanoi Train Station which is excellent for my morning train ride and adjacent to restaurant, shops and banks. Its beautifullly kept old building add to its charm. Its also has elevatior which sometimes uncommon for hotel in Vietnam. Staffs speak relatively good English which ease communication. Great value for money and definately will book again for future trip to Hanoi.

Great location for the train station. Close to walk around and for parks, bars, and restaurants. Great staff. Ideal for early trips by train as it is next door - one reason this hotel was booked.

If you are a train spotter the room was ideal for you. No noise as trains are not common but the view over the tracks was not picturesque but why stay in your room when Hanoi is there to be explored?

Hotel is next to Hanoi train station, it"s convenient if you r catching or arriving by train. 110-15 mins walk to Hoan Kiem lake and old quarter, good breakfast, only inconvenience is that it allows people to smoke in the lobby.

The staff spoke English well and were very helpful. We had an early checkout and they prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. This hotel is virtually in the train station which is super convenient if you are arriving and/or leaving by train. We had a room overlooking the platforms and we didn't find the announcements disruptive. It's an easy walk to the Old Quarter.

We were asked more than a couple of times when we were going to checkout. Nothing necessarily wrong, but did feel like we were being rushed out the door.

Very near to the train station. Only 1 minute walk. Also, very near to halal restaurant, less than 100m walk.

No proper cupboard but it does not really matter to me coz i just stay for half a day.

The hotel is just beside the Hanoi Railway station. We had a 10pm train to Sapa. Had some rest before going to catch the train. The backdoor of the hotel leads to the train platform which is really convenient.

It was well located, very roomy, friendly staff and a great breakfast - the rooms were sound proof so staying close to the rail station was not a problem as we thought it might be.

Really handy location for getting the train. The VIP tickets meant we were collected from the foyer. Lots of restaurants and food options nearby
