One of the best aspects of this hotel is its location. It is close to several key attractions and amenities. The Temple of Literature is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore this historic site. We walk daily to the wet market nearby and feel the life of the local. It is a unique experience that few other hotels can give. The railway station is steps away. It was super convenient for us to catch the train to Nghe An, our next destination. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were met. Kudos to the chef as well. Their free breakfast is top-notched with both western and local options.

I have absolutely no clue what to dislike here.

This is my second time staying here. I returned because the first experience was excellent. This time, they exceeded my hope. I am surprised how new the facility looks, although they have been in the business for many years. It seems like after the years, the hotel has improved a lot in service quality. They are clear and transparent in explaining beforehand my out-of-pocket expenses and any add-on that I might consider using such as airport rides. Breakfast options are top notch. I particularly enjoy the short walks to the Temple of Literature (5 mins) and the Old Quarter (15 mins) from this spot. It is close enough but also out of the way from traffic jams and congestions around Hanoi's hot spots.

10+ evaluation especially thanks to Jan, the manager of the structure. She was always available and quick to answer to any inquiries, very customer oriented, problem solving figure and high professionalism. Even though some things didn't work 100% as supposed and even though it wasn't her fault or her hotel, she offered right away to solve it. She has been an intermidiary for us in organizing some trips with high results and sattisfaction. Beside this the room was nice, veey clean and quiet and had the biggest bed I have ever seen (really enormous).

Our room was spacious, a large comfortable bed, with a little fridge & kettle. The room & bathroom were clean, the shower was hot & great water pressure. Its in a local area, close to train station and could walk to old quarter.

We had a balcony at the front of the building so there was road noise from about 6am until midnight. The breakfast was not needed so perhaps a discounted room rate without breakfast would be good.

Breakfast place was very small. Selection is decent however I think can be improved. During one of our stay, we came before 9am and the food is almost finished and seems like not to be replenished. We understand as it was just us and two other guest dining, however one of the server approached us and offered chicken pho which we appreciate and the food was really good. Small gesture but really made the difference. Kudos to her. (sorry, we didn't get her name).

It was quite noisy from the kitchen near the breakfast area.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and with a very good breakfast spread, the hotel levels up further with one of the best locations there as it sits right smack center of an area where all you need is a mere steps away. Most of all, the hotel staff are just about some of the friendliest and most well mannered I have ever come across.

Very nice hotel with an over accommodating staff. They were very responsive from the welcoming to the checking in and to the checking out. Perfect location in Hanoi. Walking distance to everywhere and surrounded by great restaurants and street food. Highly recommend

This was our first stop in Vietnam and stayed for two nights. We found the hotel quiet, clean,comfortable with good food and pleasant staff. The bedroom and bathroom contained all we needed. I will recomend this hotel to my friends and anyone go to Vietnam.

We stayed here for 1 night. Helpful, friendly staff. Room was big, clean and had everything we needed. Great hotel for the money, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and big clean room. If we are back in Hanoi would definitely consider staying here again.

Good soundproof and stable hot water. Room is very big ….also love the TV with Netflix.

The bathtub is a bit sloped and toilet is not fully mounted - it moves a bit every time when I use it. But both issues are minor not affect my stay.
