Friendly staff, near the train station, train street, old quater, gold shop to exchange money... very convenient

To exchange money, you should go to a gold shop because it doesn't cost much in exchange fees. Because I didn't have much time to exchange money so I exchanged it at the hotel. However, there was an exchange fee because they were a hotel, not a bank or a gold shop. Tourists should be aware of this and understand it.

Stayed multiple times here as we passed through Hanoi onto other places, and were really happy each time. Staff are extremely friendly, and rooms were clean. AC worked well, and nice to have a water refilling machine in the lobby. They store your bags for free if needing to before/after your stay.

Beware that it is located on a main street in Hanoi, so if you get a room with a window, it can be pretty loud. WiFi signal was a bit weak/inconsistent on floor 3.5.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Hanoi, and I cannot recommend it enough! When I made my booking I accidentally booked a twin room, unfortunately they couldn't change it for the first night but offered to do it after.the location for this hotel is good being very close to the night market and being classed as in the centre (most tours will pick up from the central area But not outside so you have to get taxis) this hotel as far as room type, size, cleanliness and comfort are all very good without being anything special, where this hotel excels is the staff. They have good English, very friendly and go above and beyond to be helpful. The last day I was here I left my bags for a few hours the go site seeing before my bus, when I got back they offered to let me use the spa the have a shower and freshen up before leaving.also the door man/ security always had the door open before you got to it....at 1 point I was thinking of jokingly trying to sneak up to the door before he could open it. Would definitely recommend

The bed was really comfortable and the room is simple and cute (interesting bathroom set up). The service has been amazing - every staff member is super friendly and talkative to the guests. Kelly helped us book a free walking food tour, the Ninh Bjn tour and massage from downstairs - along with some discounts. They really looked after us around the train situation (leaving late and arriving early) - allowing us to shower before the train even after check out and giving us a room early to rest in after the early train back. They even brought us a takeaway breakfast as they knew we had to leave early for a tour. We were worried about being exhausted for the tour after an early train but they made us really comfortable. Special mention to Quynh for her helpfulness and friendly personality. Communication has been really good through WhatsApp.

LOCATION: Most of the places of tourist interest are within a radius of 3 kms. Railway station is just 350 mts away. The famous Train street is less than 500 mts away from this hotel. FACILITIES: Cozy rooms with all modern amenities available. Rooms are clean; towels and drinking water provided along with coffee/tea, and a small breakfast. You can book all kind of tours (Halong Bay, Ninh Binh etc.) from this place. STAFF: The people who run it - Chuyen, Quynh, Cong, and other invisible ones, are doing a wonderful job. They are hospitable, patiently answer queries, and are always willing to help. Even the bell boy Duong will impress you with his helpful nature and cheerful smile!

They can be a little lenient with late check-out.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. No breakfast included but there's many places to eat around the hotel. I also prefer eat-out and a food-a-holic so this is perfect for me. The location is great, close to popular attractions and convenient for getting around. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail and the high level of service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience. Totally deserving of a 10/10! Coming back in a sec !!!

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it was just as great as the first! The staff are super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything you need. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool – overall, a very comfortable stay. There's no breakfast at the hotel, but that's really not a problem because there are tons of food options right outside. The moment you step out the door, you’ll find delicious local dishes like pho, banh mi, and banh cuon. The location is also super convenient – very close to Hanoi Train Station and surrounded by lots of cute cafes. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to again!

Staff was EXTREMELY helpful.Manager walked me over to a good bakery nearby to assure me of being able to have croissants in my room for breakfast. And when I thought I had lost my wallet, the staff was helpful, extending to changing some Thai money that I had on my person so that I had taxifare to airport later that morning. Location of gastronomical restaurant La Bidane (sp?) is nearby and worthy of a memorable meal.

Less stairs requiring access to the lobby from street level (a common failing of hotels in SE Asia).

We booked the room to use for the day between returning from our Ha Long Bay cruise and our Sapa train in the evening so we didn't actually spend the night but rather about 6 hours. We needed a place near the train station where we could shower, repack our suitcases, research items via the web and go out to eat dinner. The hotel met all those needs. The shower was nice and hot with good pressure, the wifi worked great and the staff was excellent. We booked a room without a window since we were going to stay just a short time and it fulfilled our needs perfectly. Was quieter than other rooms we had in Hanoi since there wasn't a window!

The rooms look older as well as the hotel, but for the money it was great!
