The hotel was very well located in the most buzzing places of the capital city and nearby places are easily accessible. The room was very spacious. The bathroom consisted of a bath tub with shower facilities. The acceptance of card payment was convenient. Socket near the bed was convenient for use of electronic devices.

The staff were helpful, but some were rude. No complimentary water bottles were provided which could be expected for the price. The keys had to be handed to the reception if leaving the room for sightseeing which creates a feel of insecurity. AC was provided in the room but did not serve the purpose.

As a I am a bit taller I could see on top of the closet which wasn't cleaned for a while....

Staff was really kind and supportive, I really enjoyed and felt free, I would really like to stay there again. I learned through them how kindness over money can win heart. Such and beautiful souls.

It looked a bit spooky and run-down at first but still very clean and acceptable conditions :-)

Room was spacious, had all basic things. Hotel is 1 km from old quarter. Overall considerable.

the room was bigger then expected, same goes for the bathroom. there was a small minibar, not many options but cheap prizes.

Good location, just on the edge of Old Quarter. 15 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem lake. Friendly Reception. Good size room with high ceiling, ok bed. Old style furniture (carved wood) but quite interesting. Normal bathroom.

Small window with a view of staircase inside the house. Not much on TV. Looked like fridge wasn't working and couldn't work out how to set A/C to Warm Mode as it was quite cool in the room, especially at night (end of December). Room rate?...a bit high (maybe? because it was New Year time). No free water, coffee/tea. Never cleaned my room or changed towel. Bed cover too thin....for December.
