Loved our stay here! Super nice cozy room. The rooftop bar is really nice for a drink too. And the breakfast buffet is delicious (so many options). Location is great and within walking distance to cafes and restaurants. But what made our stay the best was the staff. I cannot get over how friendly they all were. On the day of our checkout we didn’t get a bus until 7:30pm and the staff offered for us to take a shower and freshen up before the bus. So kind! I’d highly recommend!

The facilities were a little poor. Roof top bar was disappointing (no hot tubs working) The gym Facilities were really basic. The rooms are great, but we had to move due to proximity to breakfast area on level 11. I do not recommend rooms on level 10 due to the noise of chairs moving etc

One of criterias we chose this hotel was the balcony - but in this case it was a joke - neither we could sit there (too narrow) nor we could admire the view (we had the view on high stone wall).

The Staff was Very attentive and friendly but never intrusive or Pushy. In general the Hotel was really good, we enjoyed our stay, the breakfast Buffet is good and tasty. Gym is slightly small but allright. The reception was allways Very helpful and provided us with some useful Hanoi intel! The location is perfekt If you dont want to be right in the "heart" of the tourist district.. because that might be too noisy and for sure packed with tourists/venders. The Hotel is literally at the edge of the pulsating and fascinating old quarter, so its just a short walk of 2 min and you are right in the middle of the action. We would stay here again :)

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at the Acoustic Hotel in Hanoi, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The reason I booked this hotel is its central location right in between Hoan Kiem Lake and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. It was a great decision as their rooms are also nice and their staff so professional and accommodating. It was easy for us to book airport pickup and dropoff, leave our bags at the lobby, and ask for fresh towels in the room. Their restaurant at the top floor has good views of Hanoi and serve healthy and delicious food for breakfast. You'll find lots of good noodle restaurants across the streets make sure to try the local chicken noodle soup as it's one of the best noodle soups in the world! We could eat the noodle soups all day and we never got tired eating them. The famous lake is just a quick 15-minute walk from the hotel and so we enjoyed walking around here for two evenings, eating street food, watching people, and taking pictures by the water. It was my second time in Hanoi and would definitely come back again as I love the vibe of the old city so much.

Great location, clean hotel and comfortable beds. Everything was as advertised or even better. Before booking this place, I looked ok booking I think at 50+ hotels and compared the good reviews here to the ones on Google. This is the only hotel which had good reviews on both platforms. I know that in Vietnam staff are pushing for good reviews but this was not the case. My good review is because the stay was definitely good! For those who are looking to also have a place to work for a few hours, this is a good option. There is a table in the room but not so comfortable for long hours. However we used the restaurant at any time we wanted to do some work on the laptop and there was never an issue. As a bonus, from 3.30pm till 5pm they serve complimentary coffee, cakes and fruits to the guests. WiFi was also very fast and never had any issues. The location is perfect! Close to many many restaurants, street food and locations to change money at a better rate compared to what you see on Google. Just ask the staff and they will guide you.

We had probably the smaller room which in the pictures here on the platform looked slightly bigger and more spacious. For two people it was alright but if you have two bigger suitcases, I would suggest booking one of the bigger rooms as you will not have any space left to walk around the room. Other than that, no issues.

The location, the staff were exceptional. Special mention to Martin who stayed back late to welcome us on our arrival (due to a flight delay following the typhoon related weather), lovely Rachel at the Front Desk and the Breakfast staff who were all very accommodating. The other great thing about the service was each time we called for something, it was actioned within minutes which is rather a challenge for other hotels. The rooftop and bar, as cool as it looks, is under-utilised.

The hot water and flow was rather intermittent at nights. Other than it was a great shower. The toilet flush was too hard to press. A second key card was a challenge to be issued due to system transition. However, this was fixed by having a staff member accompany one of us to our room with their room master key. These were all provided as feedback to the hotel directly upon our checkout.

Excellent location. We got 1 room free upgraded just because hotel wanted to ensure our family could stay on same floor. (Thanks Acoustic!) Great breakfast. Stayed 6 nights but breakfast always offered something different every day. Clean. Staff cheerful, friendly, great service. Martin on front desk was especially helpful. Outstanding staff is Chau Anh front desk. She went the extra 10 miles to be helpful. She spent ages patiently searching (and found a store outside Hanoi) on her phone for a place who could courier some special biscuits I wanted but couldn’t buy locally. She deliberately downloaded WhatsApp so she could keep me updated on that order. She continually WhatsApp me the order/courier progress (despite her being off) while we were out on day trip. She patiently ordered food delivery for us on her phone app from 3 different places (because Eateries sell only 1 dish each place) on a wet night. Then offered to reorder from somewhere else when the first place cancelled order due to no driver. Such perseverance!

I enjoyed the warm greeting from all the staff from when I entered to when I left my one night stay. The attentiveness from staff cannot go unseen. The room was spotless and I had a small issue with the bathroom however that was tended to immediately. The host Naomi was very professional and warm, she explained all the amenities throughly with the added confidence that if I needed anything further they can assist. My favourite part was the aircon stayed on regardless if my room key was inserted or not. With the Hanoi weather it was very nice coming back to a lovely aircon room. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in central Hanoi!
