This Hotel is located in the heart of Hanoi, the Hoan Kiem Lake is just a 5 minute walk away under there plenty of restaurants, markets and shopping facilities nearby. Even to the famous train street is just 5 minutes away. Our stay was very good, the room and the bathroom was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was also very kind and even helped us to bring the luggage up to the room. For a Hotel in the city center it was quite good and for the budget we had a very nice experience.

Location was good. Comfortable bed. My room was in the back building so very quiet.

Staff was friendly but only one could really speak enough English to have a conversation. Originally the room they gave me was on an upper floor but the elevator didn't start until the 2nd floor. I hated the narrow steep stairs to the 2nd floor so they moved me to a room in the back building where the elevator started on the 1st floor. It also had a bathtub/shower combo which I hate because of knee surgery. New room had a walk-in shower.

they had a japanese toilet, clean, professional amenities, genuinely friendly and caring staff, also some of the staff were able to find me good deals and got me a out of a time jam and helped me get what i wanted out of my vacation here. i had zero trouble here and can tell the staff here were honestly trying to help and create a decent experience.

We made the 22land our base in Hanoi, so happy with it that we returned there between side trips. It's great value for money and a great location right in the centre of the old town in Hanoi, walking distance to most attractions. The room is comfy and the bathroom with bath tub is nice and spacey. We were able to leave our luggage for a few days there when we did day trips to SaPa and BanhGioc, no fee charged for that. Also the staff is super friendly.

The window in the room couldn't be opened. The bathroom door couldn't be locked. There was a lockable door in the room that went into a strange dark construction area. No big issues though as all can be easily controlled.

I stayed at 22 Land Residence hotel for a day. The hotel had arranged a driver to collect me from the airport and the car was waiting at the collection point and transferred me to the hotel where I was greeted, assisted with my bags before being shown me to my room and offered some guidance about the hotel and its facilities. All of the team work seamlessly, but I would particularly like to thank Ming Shu from guest services team who was always ready to help and offer assistance with ideas about things to do and see, and nothing was ever any trouble. Her knowledge and experience were invaluable. On departure, the car was on time to the minute and I made it to the airport on schedule. If you’re looking for somewhere centrally located ij the old city in Hanoi, I recommend staying at 22 Land Residence hotel . 10/10.
